DL has resigned because he's been usurped. Blindsided by JFK in that interview. DL like him or lump him was the Managing Director (as I understand it) and JFK basically demoted him live on air to the role of an accountant. No MD is going to stand for that, not in a million years. His position became instantly untenable. His only hope (and I'm sure he made the play) was "it's me or this guy" and he lost, big time. What has happened here is a coup. I had no love for DL but I'd take him over JFK every single day of the week. Pardew is a dead man walking, the sword of Damocles is danging just above his head and that sword has a name, Joe Fucking Kinnear. So let recap, I'm rooting for Pards and I'm disappointed to hear Lambezee has left his post. WOW

The one thing that separates great businessmen from good businessmen is normally; vision. The vision to see something that isn't there currently, that could/should be there. Back that up with a strong decisive 5 or 10 or whatever year plan and see it through, ironing out the problems along the way. This doesn't feel like that at all IMO. It honestly wreaks of somebody just trolling for the sake of it, because he can. I cannot for the life of me, see what Joe Fucking Kinnear can bring to this party other than mayhem.

Why does this feel like a Giggs Seriously though, it really really doesn't make any sense at all when you look at it logically, but perhaps, there's the answer already. I'd love to see this famed 5 year plan, I've been involved in forward planning though work over the years and at no point did "sure throw in a handgrenade" ever come up It just fucking bazaar.
