  1. Link ? Somewhere in here I'm sure, not seen it since it first aired; definitely worth a watch if you haven't already. Have only seen clips from that interview but that was a great watch Fucking love KK man, honestly, he's everything you could want as a Manager or even to have him back at the club in any capacity would be amazing. Such a shame it ended as it did. Funny thing though, as I was watching it (with my headphones in) the wife asked me what I was grinning at Says it all really
  2. Hated his banter man. Done my head in.
  3. Assuming T stands for transfer here
  4. Rodgers saying all the right things again, they're going to walk this aren't they?
  5. Really awful news, very sad indeed. 45 too, my god that's too young.
  6. Agreed, 20k down and more than regional media will begin to take notice. Then you've got a fighting chance for some serious national pieces about "what's gone wrong at Newcastle"
  7. WRONG - TOTALLY. Surprised you're so emphatic about it tbh. The TV money is worth far more to a club than match day revenue this days. Plus MA is fucking loaded, like crazy rich at the minute, we're nothing more than a uncomfortable sideshow to him these days. The club is producing money for him through his shithouse management of it, he has a yes man of a manager and he can appoint whoever the fuck he likes to any position regardless of suitability or qualification. We're nothing more than a plaything for him and a plaything that he can subsidise for the foreseeable future if he feels minded. A few thousand less Geordies won't make a jot of difference IMO
  8. Even if say 4 or 5 thousand season ticket holders jacked it in, they'll be easily replaced by the offer of a good deal through a fairly standard advertising campaign. And say the attendances did drop to around 45-odd thousand, nobody is really going to bat an eyelid about it in reality
  9. French or English Mustard, it's a tough call
  10. The question might appear complicated, but the answer is simple No
  11. Frightening how wrong all this is. How is it wrong? I'm not saying he got them into the PL, I'm saying he set a foundation for the club and took them from League one to a playoff challenger in the Championship. Also there's no way you can't agree they didn't have the worst squad in the league year after year. a) He didn't "basically make them a Premier League club", they had two managers after him. b) He didn't "win the FA Cup while keeping Wigan up" c) It's not Everton's highest ever points total. It was all wrong. Incidentally, if you're going down the route of "Martinez built Swansea even though he didn't have direct influence on promotion", then I'm afraid Moyes completely blows him out the water as far as Everton are concerned. Really, didn't know they achieved more under Moyes tbh, that's surprising, what season was it? They must be pretty close to it now though It's their highest in the PL era. It was my understanding that it was higher than Moyes ever achieved at any rate (which is all that really matter for this debate)
