Seems a bit of a shambles from the little I've actually seen today.
-
I bet he looks great in training still though. Sorry, bad taste I know
-
That can be classed as something seriously wrong though. It definitely leaves a debate in that regard. And we didn't put out a competitive eleven during the peak of our injury crisis so it was pointless at best in any case.
-
Seemed obvious a while ago the injuries would continue into next season.
-
My main concern when he was given the job was the lack of experience at the top level of domestic/European competition - echoed by the decision makers at the club also as their preference was for Emery and his experience. So it was always going a bit into the unknown as to how this season went - it's been poor so far, despite circumstances. There was always going to be a learning curve with him, and he's earned the right to show what he has learned next season, but if we fail to qualify for Europe, then there is no chance to apply what has been learned as we will only have one game a week anyway. Absolutely need to qualify for European competition next season.

Captain Steak Bakes (now managing Blackpool/revising history)

He even had a large percentage of the country thinking he was good enough for the England job. Now that would have been a sight to behold. -

Pardew was an absolute cunt of the highest order. Who cares if he wasn't lazy -

There was nothing worth hating by the time Bruce arrived at the club. Ashley had already seen to that a long time beforehand. I saw it as a tragi-comedy. And boy was it funny. -
At this rate the injuries are going to carry over into next season.

Holy fuck, Dubs' positioning on the replay for the goal. He's in a different fucking postcode
-
So your educated take is that we controlled that game?
-
To be fair we did play like a defeated team for most of the second half. One thunderbastard doesn't change that at all, we were shocking.
-
What a hit. Out of fucking nowhere like.
-
Far too many times this season we've gone a couple of goals down and the players have given up. I'd forgotten the game isn't over. We don't really look interested though
-
Pointing out that tonight has been fucking shit does not equal what you think it does. Fucking hell man
-
There's no signs of it getting better either. We need to use this season as a lesson in how to attempt to compete on all fronts - if we don't qualify for Europe then we can't apply what we've learned (if anything). In that scenario I don't really see the point in Howe being here next season, just to repeat this season the following year.

We actually look like a team without a manager. Definitely without a plan.
-
Hey, come on everyone, we've been really good in parts, look at the positives. Some posters can't cope with others having negative opinions. Yeah fuck that, this has been a disasterclass tonight. Pure shite.

Calling people names because you don't agree with them is shit patter

Livramento is the most-fouled player I've ever seen

Watching Dan Burn is just painful
-
Some of this play is reminiscent of the bad old times, lets not kid ourselves. Chelsea are shit - we've been much worse so far.
-
Well that shitness for the last 5 minutes deserved to be punished. Really shit from us.
-
Watching Burn trying to contain Palmer there was painful as fuck

Was about to say I'd like to see more out of Isak. Apt
