  1. You talk as if he's world class. He's clearly not, but any iota of ability, which he still flashes now and then will be completely obliterated. How you got world class from me saying he showed some ability is extraordinary to me by the way. Well clearly, just he hasn't shown much in his career so far to suggest there's that much to be ruined. So in your opinion he is a nothing player with no ability at all? And therefore can't be ruined? Interesting take. Completely over the top IMO, but to be expected. Stop putting words in peoples mouths you goon. You're getting excited by him showing some apparently good touches (where he lost the ball both times). Easily pleased much?

  3. This, it beggars belief. Paying him to stick his fingers up at you whilst fucking the club over royally. And celebrating if 'we' win as if it means something, other than another step towards the ultimate goal of survival on the cheap with no cup runs to get in the way.
  4. Add it to the list of areas we've fallen way, way behind other clubs solely because Ashley has no interest in competing as a sporting institution. People need to stop giving him money or he's never going to have any incentive to sell. People won't stop giving him money even whilst he's clearly destroying the current and future of the club and literally sticking 2 fingers up to the fans as he's doing it. It's a sad situation but the club is effectively in a coma until something changes.
  5. "What's gone on in the past was a long, long time ago, but we've only won two of our last twenty matches against Manchester City, so maybe the players in this practically different team are too used to losing" Isn't this "practically different team" the same one he was saying he couldn't coach the Rafa out of just a few weeks ago? Pardew-esque quotes come naturally out of this fuckwits gob. They have done since he 'graced' the club with his presence. Hoping Man City can find some form and ram those bitter quotes down his mouth, although it wouldn't surprise me if he gets lucky so I'll probably have a little bet on us as insurance.
  6. All hail king Ashley as he's still on his throne eh.
  7. Thats handy as there isn't anything positive to say about us in general.
  8. We have such a high proportion of fucking idiots support the club. They love slating a player when they're down and putting they're confidence even further back. Hence Perez's fingers in his ears. Aimed at the twats.
  9. To be fair it wasn't the best pass, for such a simple pass to make either.
  10. Kinda jealous of all those who seem to be now supporting Ashley's club and Bruce's lads after a few wins. I still want the whole thing to burn, although I'm starting to care less about us in particular and football in general lately. I can't see Ashley selling in the next 5/10 years no matter what happens, so I won't begrudge others enjoying whatever they can find worth enjoying from this joke of a club. As a matter of principle I can't enjoy seeing Ashley's methods achieve great success (17th place), so I'm finding myself drifting away. I think this is the first game this season I won't be actively supporting the opposition...I just don't think I care anymore.
  11. Because they are trying to big Bruce up, as they do with all our managers. Let’s not pretend there wasn’t plenty of similar articles written about Rafa (granted you might say more deservingly so...), but praising Bruce has nothing to do with being anti-Benitez, at least not amongst local journos anyway, who were generally massively pro-Benitez when he was here. Totally agree, we need to rid ourselves of this Benitez paranoia, he’s gone let’s move on .Bruce will never be liked in the same way , getting on his back is undeserved though and makes us look like twats in truth. sorry but I don't see anything worth moving on to, at all.
  12. Sean

    Joelinton

    He's not an international.
  13. You'd like to think if this isn't a load of bullshit like previously, this group would already know everything they need to know. But it's clearly bullshit, again.
  14. Totally agree and, as I've said all along, the Kenyon deal is bad news. Bad bad news. Completely disagree, with the history of 'takeover' groups and NUFC, you'd surely have to assume this group don't have access to the funds/are in on the joke/will have the goalposts moved on them/will write Mike a thank you letter whilst not buying the club. Pick an option, but that's what people should assume.
  15. If Bruce won the treble, you'd still hate him and never respect him? WTF  It's called principles. Doubtful if you've ever had any, so understandable you don't understand what he means. The most ludicrous post I've ever seen. Well, by that logic you'd respect anyone if they won something, no matter what a despicable cunt they actually are. Fair enough. Theres a huge difference between respecting an achievement and respecting a person. How do you respect the achievement without giving the person the credit for it? Do you pretend it was all someone else's work all along? I never liked Alex Ferguson but I could respect him as a manager. Well, lets say someone who was outed as a peadophile for instance won something, you'd still respect them as a person? It's really not that fucking hard to comprehend.

  18. The poster who started the thread, his opinions change like the wind. I love this attitude of "well if they don't want the club to win 17th place then they shouldn't be on this board." Stop crying ffs.
  19. Based on what ? There’s over 7000 tickets unsold, plus around 2000 missing away fans so as it stands around 9000 shy of capacity, un heard of and it’s now the norm. Hardly fucking fickle is it? Who said I was talking about matchgoers? I'm talking about people whose opinions and feelings change like the wind. Which is pretty much the definition of fickle, as you don't seem to understand this.
  20. And if he's fucking the future of the club whilst he's still got the nerve to be here, it's not worth thinking about what he'd do if he was ever on his way out. He knows full well he can do anything he likes to this club and will face almost zero backlash. A win or 2 and it's plain sailing for him, with people talking about how amazing his choice of signings are, even though the whole quality of the squad would be infinitely higher if Ashley wasn't here.
  21. I'd imagine from his 'highlight videos' online, as most show no end product after his many runs and tricks. Also, from his career statistics? They aren't that great in weaker leagues to be fair.
  22. I don't have a favourite player any more, the enthusiasm has been completely drained from me. But if I did, it would certainly be a player Rafa signed, not one Ashley/who knows signed.
  23. Such an unashamed cunt. Why anyone would give the man their money is beyond me.
