  1. I know, I could hardly believe it when I looked at the table and saw them bottom.
  2. Put £10 of my profit on Atletico -1.5, 2.0. £10 on Barca -1.5. Come on!
  3. £50 Man City to win on 365 to get free in play bet. Layed it off on Betfair for a £3 loss. £50 in play on Man Utd leading at half time. Layed it off for either £33 or £42 profit.
  4. Boro now 2-2, it's all going wrong.
  5. Chelsea, Tranmere, Stevenage and Middlesboro
  6. £1 on a 9 game BTTS. £5 on the forum bet. £1 Arsenal, Southampton, Swansea, Chelsea, Southampton/Reading draw. £2 on Doncaster.
  7. Yep, what a cunt. Strangely a few of our ex players seem to love scoring against us, even Bellamy celebrates. Respect Nolan more since he showed respect when he scored earlier in the season.
  8. I'm taking credit for his goal. Reverse psychology.
  9. Anyone else think Dempsey is doomed to be a failure at Tottenham? He just looks like all his confidence is drained out of him more and more with each touch.
  10. I'll post my shit post here as well. Agree. He's hardly going to have been motivated for this game. Also, it's one thing looking good in the first team, it's a completely different thing to look good in a mainly reserve team in a largely meaningless game. His performance on Monday SHOULD have guaranteed him a start against Fulham, if he doesn't start then it sends out all the wrong signals imo.
  11. Just can't bring myself to be bothered about this game somehow, just seems like a pointless friendly really.
  12. Celtic concede, Emineke looks class to be fair!
  13. Fucking Kiev's keeper is a cunt, gives away a penalty with seconds left Guessing I'm gonna get about £8 back.
  14. If Colo scores and we beat Fulham, I wanna see Newcastle nline
  15. £5 Milan, Malaga, PSG returns £52 £5 Dortmond dnb, Shalke dnb, Kiev dnb, Olympiakos dnb returns £33 £3 Ajax dnb, Man City dnb returns £63
  16. Where you getting 2/1 on this...I'm getting 1.4/1?
  17. Lost £30 on us to win at Stoke, put £75 on us tonight to get £150 back. Was going to keep increasing the stake until we won, was getting worried that I might have to stake £1,000 before we got out of this slump!
  18. Thought he was quality, showed some real skill as well as the intelligence to pick the right ball out at times. Needs to stay fit and play a run of games to show his full potential in my mind. Really happy for him too.
  19. Haven't looked through the thread yet, just wanted to say how happy I am that we've got that much needed win! Some random points: Thought Marveaux had a really good game, especially second half, started to look like a real creative force. Would like to see him AND Ben Arfa in the same team when possible. Santon made things happen, solid game as usual (really hope he's not out for any period?). Simpson was for me the only weak link tonight (me and a mate counted 7 touches from him 1st half - 6 went backwards and the 7th was a hopeful hoof upfield). Contrast with Santon constantly carrying the ball forward and probing. Pass and move!! OK they were down to 10 men, but for possibly the 1st time this season we actually looked capable of stringing some decent moves together. Wigan were pretty awful tbf. Cisse worked hard but looks a bit short of confidence. Bigi, take a bow son, great goal. I really didn't care how we played, we NEEDED to win, and we did, playing some good stuff at times. Have to give Pardew credit for starting Marveaux and setting the team up to go at them. Overall really happy (for a change).
  20. Just thinking about what Pardew's gonna say in his pre-match comments on sky makes me want to cry. He needs to be positive for once (and then follow that through in his game plan). Can't see it happening though, surely all his negativity rubs off on the players.
  21. Haven't been this nervous before a game since the relegation season...please win, I really don't care how we play, just win.
