  1. Despite playing such a tired team for nearly 80 minutes, getting all the decisions, getting away with 2 reds, these are still shite. We need to get that winning mentality back. it would hurt to not go through from here. Let's just do this.
  2. We do, but I think that's more a reflection on Chelsea than us.
  3. Imagine how much added time he's gonna give if they are still losing. Double figures incoming
  4. Talk about coming on against tired legs. Nkunku could have a field day if he's actually fully fit.
  5. All 11 defending, without the energy to actually get a foot in, or to play an accurate pass when they do get the ball back. Gonna be a long 30 minutes.
  6. One thing nobody can really argue about in regards VAR, is that it is a massive positive for player safety. Remember Tranmere last season? And tonight. Krafth certainly will for one.
  7. Jarred Gillett is the referee. He was axed last season for a game or so after his mistake in the Chelsea v West Ham game. His mistake benefitted Chelsea. Seems he's doing all he can to help them tonight too.
  8. Another referee gonna endanger our players safety here. Just casually allowing stamps and all.
  9. Even if your right foot is shite, you HAVE to use it there. Jesus.
  10. An elite cunt Every time I watch him play I'm left wondering why Real Madrid et al weren't in for him.
  11. Incredibly sloppy from Gordon. Worse from the rest of them to allow them in so easily though.

The way some go on it's as if everything to do with the club is sacred. Let's not even redevelop the ground in case it loses what makes it great in that case then? New stadiums don't automatically lose the soul of a football club, but there are some considerations that need to be adhered to, such as: location, capacity and I'm sure more that I haven't thought of. For us that means keeping the city centre location - I think this is what has affected atmosphere with lots of new stadiums where they have been moved from city centres to the outskirts. Ideally redeveloped on the same site, if not, nearby. This would be a must for me. And capacity - as someone mentioned if, in future, the ground is too big, that's a bigger issue than it being too small, as it just feels dead. Not for me to pick a number so I'll leave that to others.
  13. The disappointment hit when I woke up this morning - we were well capable of going through last night but it just wasn't to be.
  14. I can't shake the feeling he joined us as a club to sit out his ban at, rather than actually wanting to leave his boyhood club for a new challenge.
  15. He's a bit of an enigma. Capable of greatness, but how do you get that out of him consistently (or at all lately)? I guess it's down to Howe to figure that one out.
  16. So calm and composed throughout. Even when more experienced players were losing their heads at times.
