It's a joke if their just going to be fining teams. The likes of Man City & PSG will happily pay those fines and carry on. Yet another way for those twats in suits at Uefa to cream more for themselves. Total waste of fucking time.

That Ipswich one is pretty much the same template as our last Adidas one in the championship.

They could very feasibly win their home games. They've done this before though, get what you think is a good result and a confidence booster but still f*** it up.

If Armstrong is ready, fit enough, and strong enough then I'd play him regardless of his age. People develop physically at different ages, but he probably still has a bit of growing/bulking up to do which is perhaps why he's being left out. If you start him and he isn't physically ready you could destroy his confidence.

To be honest, his daft comments wouldn't put me off signing Cabella. In fact I'd try and sign him as a part ex for Obertan or something. I'd really try and mug the guy off.

If it's 'adding' one or two new players to the squad per season going forward, after this summer I'd say that's fine, but I can't see how this can apply to this coming window when there'll be about 5 or 6 going out the door. For every one we lose we must at least sign a replacement. Surely even they must be aware that would leave the squad severely short, when it's already severely lacking in depth as of now! Perhaps this is just poor wording of the statement?

Bruised knuckles?

Tbh, I'm quite impressed. We usually end up arranging nowt til it's too late and then have to arrange friendlies with the Dog & Duck pub, or some duff Portuguese sides.
-
Aye I was saying he played decent goal aside. He was only offside about once that I can recall. Usually it's twenty times a match.
-
Looks a different player with Remy. Needs a proper foil, a De Jong/Cisse partnership won't work imo.

Got to be honest, I think we'll get well and truly humped. We gifted Palace chances and a better team would've taken them. -
Had no idea they'd done that!

WTF, this is embarassing by the FA. If you're going to dish out a punishment stick to your guns or you look a twat! Probs cos they sweeped Joe Hart's headbutt under the carpet.

They've been given 2,800 but haven't quite sold out yet but apparently not many left. Good effort form them considering they only took 1,200 to sunderland last week. Clearly a trip up to Newcastle is a far more attractive proposition. Looks like it's going to be a complete sell out which is remarkable really. Shame we don't have a team to match the support. In fairness their fans have been a breath of fresh air in the prem this season. Some of the noisiest by a stretch. Probably my favourite set of fans from London. Always found Charlton pretty decent as well mind. Aye, none of the massive f*cking ego's the rest of them have. -

Palace fans apparently got extra tickets for Sat. Any idea how many they're bringing as noticed on the stadium plan all of that Leazes Corner is greyed out? -

I'd go with something like ElDiablo's team, but take Remy out of the side and I lose all confidence we'll get a result. -

If I remember correctly the adidas deal was streets ahead in terms of finance to what we have been paid by Puma, seeing as adidas dumped us following relegation and we were on the skids at the time. I'd have thought the club could surely now negotiate a bigger deal with either Puma or another manufcaturer, giving we're supposedly one of the bigger sellers replica kit wise in the PL. Personally, I'd love adidas back. -
Aye it's a big improvement. I wish they would carry this policy on in other areas, the facebook page etc. The website could do with an upgrade as well, ours is shite compared to most other PL clubs.
-
I notice journo's have taken the "One day, I'll play for one of Europe's big 5 clubs, or a very big club at least" quote, and dropped the "one day" bit.
-
Ah OK. In fairness the kits aren't all just carbon copies of each other like they tend to be over here. Wish we had Adidas again, even the 10 year old gear I've got is in better knick than the newer puma stuff. Abysmal quality.
-
Every team in MLS sponsored by Adidas? Bizarre.

Watched the end of it on a stream, looked like a bit of bother kicking off. Matched stopped for flares being chucked on the pitch. That was also olympiakos first loss of the season home or away
-
Just scored a belter for panathinaikos away at olympiakos. Massive derby game that one. Winning 0-3.
