I love seeing the entire crowd just on the edge of their seat amd standing up when he gets on the ball. The noice when he came on was immense.

We needed 2 goals from the start and while I understand the injuries that we had, I really don't get the starting line up. Nothing in that first XI says "We're going to dominate and score 2 goals"

We didn't deserve to win it but neither did Benfica, pack of cheaters and timewasters. We started playing far too late.

Well that 2 minute of hope was fun while it lasted

Surely he will start?? There surely must be a slight risk in him, fitness-wise and recurring injury, so to have to sub a sub is something we must avoid? Start against Benfica? I doubt Pardew will risk him again after last time.

Cabaye and Marveaux were both tired and knackered on Sunday against Fulham. Now they have to play 2 important games against Benfica and Sunderland. Cabaye hasn't been himself in recent weeks, I wouldn't risk him against Benfica but it's an important game. I dunno.

I wouldn't like Martinez as our coach. He's a good manager but there's probably a reason why Wigan are relegation fodder year after year.
