That photo from Andymc1 was definitely a game changer like. Don't think it would have been resolved within 2 days without that being all over the press... I still don't see how that is relevant to any of this. It's not like he has ever claimed to be the perfect muslim who follows quaran to the word. He just has a faith/moral problem with Wonga. How does the fact he's pictured in the papers gambling change any of that? Only thing it changed are the opinions of some simpleton fans who never understood the real problem to begin with. The balance is hard to get right, it might still be sorted. We needed to be looking at a couple of strikers anyway, so it wasn't a totally unexpected need. If you're making a player train alone some TEN f***ing MONTHS after the deal was announced then you're doing it wrong. They're absolutely f***ing useless man, how can't you see it?
