I had exactly the same treble and my first thought was that it will cover my Punchestown betting Was easy money, not that am going big this week but covers the daily ew L15's i have planned. Today went for Cliff House, Flemenstar, Coeur Joyeux & Art off Synergy plus a daft £4 acca on Wish ye didnt/Douvin/Don Poli/Liverpool. Not a great day for betting really so just the £10 on It's a long week so I'm just going to put a L15 on per day. Went for Treo Eile; The Game Changer; Champagne Fever and Act of Synergy today for a bit of entertainment. That first race looks a pile of s*** mind, got no faith in WYD given its shocking record but worth the shot in the acca. Actually a few at Newcastle tonight i fancy more so may well put another L15 on there if today starts well. Aye, I'm thinking of heading over to Gosforth tonight. I've got 4 annual passes in my draw at work so I rarely miss a meeting but not sure if I can be arsed with the later finish on a Tuesday night. I really like the look of Ravenhoe in the first race based on the Doncaster form (the 2nd has been placed twice since, the 5th has won a decent maiden at Nottingham). Had a wedge on Ravenhoe as well, such a shame I didn't have more bottle as I really fancied this one.

Had a great night at Newcastle races thanks to the big shout on Rockabilly Riot. Was plenty of talk in the members bar about this one before the off. If showstoppa wins the last it's been a superb night.

I've ended up having small e/w bets on Kommander Kirkup and Star Cracker today. I'm going to head up to the races after work - it's better than sitting in the house all night! Backed Ravenhoe and Bapak Asmara - 2x Singles, 1x Double.

Just to check, do you have a son called Andrew?

I always back Dods at Newcastle! In 2009 I went to Newcastle for the first time and my dad has always followed Dods' horses. He told me to back Dods' all day. He won the first race with Kaptain Kirkup @16/1 - today Kaptain Kommander runs and I really fancy it. In the last race, Star Cracker isn't without a shout at a big price.

Same could basically be said about Pardew when he was appointed. There's a reason they've both ended up in lower leagues. The 19th richest club on the planet shouldn't be run as a charity for mangers who want another chance. Nah, none of that could have been said when Pardew was appointed. He's always been an abortion.

Sandown? Theres a cracking race in ireland too. Looking forward to seeing Djakadam/Roads to Riches/Don Cossack against each other. Aye, Sandown has a decent card tomorrow. Reckon Al Ferof looks a decent bet as well. The Irish racing you mention isn't until next week at the Punchestown festival - probably second to Cheltenham in the racing calendar for me, love them on the faster ground and trying to work out if winter horses will run well in late Spring. Ah i thought it started this week, yeah its a good festival. Suspect Mullins may well clean up again mind Without doubt. Big hitters are out in force and Annie Power is 1/5 for the mares race No reason to suggest Faugheen, Douvan, Un De Sceaux, Don Poli will get beat as well. AP can get f***ed after that shadow cost me a fortune It'll win by a street but pointless at 1/5.

I don't think he's a hateful character. He always comes across as a canny bloke. He's 100x better than Pardew and Carver for me.

Oh and if Al Ferof does win tomorrow at Sandown then it might have a crack at the Punchestown Gold Cup as it still holds an entry.

Sprinter Sacre tomorrow. More in hope than expectation but I love that horse.

Fucking hell, he needs vilified in the press for that comment.

Well he has a trial yet, like Well I know that, ha! Don't think I asked in enough detail. As in if you are found guilty in court, does this case mean prison no matter what? I don't think it would go to trial unless they had damning evidence in a case like this. If found guilty, it's almost certain to be a custodial sentence in my opinion. In the interests of balance Ched Evans case was hardly bang to rights (Mind you...He was bumming for England after it) I think it's the grooming charge that makes me think he's finished. They would have to have hard evidence to include that.

Fucking hell, can't believe that

At the time, I thought that was the case though. That was my over riding feeling when we'd drew with Swansea, as the week leading up to the game was all about Pardew leaving. I thought we had him at Stoke but he managed to hang on and I thought if we'd lost at Swansea that would have been game over. Looking back, it's clear it wouldn't have made a difference if we'd lost.
-
I remember thinking "FFS Papiss, stop saving Pardew's job" Aye, we got battered but somehow drew 2-2. At the time, I sensed it saved Pardew a bit.
-
I'm pretty sure I've come up against him on another website comment section too, proppa supafan bellend.
-
He's been brilliant this year regarding us. He used to slate Pardew at every opportunity as well.

This club really isn't worth falling out with family over mate. Nah it's not that serious, ha. Speak to him almost everyday definitely not falling out, just not having a pint got plenty excuses. Not giving up yet though I am going to keep trying to convince him to stay away. Other than that most of my Facebook are staying away. Definitely think the crowd will be lower than 40,000. Anything lower will be a huge success and obvious on the Sky cameras. Just tell Sean that you're only available for a pint between 4pm-6pm on Sunday afternoon and there's a band on at the Schooner! He'll be there in no time.

My god, you depress me. It'll be a huge embarrassment if it isn't an obvious boycott, tbh. The publicity it's been getting (now on FSF) has been considerable, so if the attendance is in the 40,000's we will look like complete fools. No way the attendance will be sub 40K. It was only sub 40K on a couple of occasions in the Championship man. People have paid for season tickets and match tickets, they aren't going to pay for them and then not go. Pretty much everyone I know isn't going. Between the start of the protest idea to this day, I've spoke to around 50 ST holders. 1 of them is attending the match and I'm calling him out as a c*** as well. EDIT: Because most people actually class the club as more important than their social life (although most are now planning on going on the piss instead - extra 105 minutes drinking time is being welcomed).
