For me, making FMV and Party related and Associated Party rules more onerous could be the final straw for us though and the club must at least be talking about this. I know the press assumed it was Man City who threatened legal action at the last PL meeting, I have a feeling it was the club. Just after we were took over and the PL met to bring in FMV, a meeting Charnley attended, the club told them what they were doing was illegal. Challenge FMV and FFP probably would go to. I don’t want the club to spend multi millions on players etc but I do want the club to be able to compete on a level playing field and the only way to do that is to get rid of FMV and. FFP.

Then legally challenge FFP at a CAT or this kind of thing will happen time and time again.

Why would you want a season ticket……especially as we all know how troublesome those shits are at Nissan, might as well pick up a freebie when your not at work.

So they distributed the tickets and those individuals who have them all chose not to attend leaving entire sections empty?

Just a thought but if they are inflating their attendance figure might the Tax Authorities be in the right to ask what have they done with the income earned from such high attendances?

FMV and the new more onerous FMV rules that basically tells clubs who and who they can’t have as sponsor also needs to go to a CAT.

When we were first taken over at a PL meeting didn’t Charnley inform the meeting that introducing FMV that it was illegal? I wonder what are the chances that it is us that have threatened legal action at the PL meeting today?
