  1. Me neither. I was aware of them earlier in the season when following the early CL qualifiers in depth, but not before. Current Bosnian champions - the only Bosnian teams I had heard of was Zeljeznicar, who we played 20+ years ago in a CL qualifier, and their city rivals FK Sarajevo. Just seen Zrinjski won it the year before as well and 6 times in the past 10 years. I guess Championship Manager / Football Manager never having that as a playable league doesn't help, and us not being in Europe much recently from our perspective.
  2. Quite surprised Sky pick so many Birmingham home matches. Whenever they are on TV, they always seem to be at home and the visual looks so shit on TV with the lack of crowd on that side of the screen. Birmingham ahead, former Sunderland loanee Sanderson.
  3. Heroic stuff from Zrinjski. Bodie on the line and all sorts. 2 mins of injury time for them to hang on for. Heartache - 95th minute Villa winner.
  4. I guess there could be 10 mins injury time (I've no idea how it's gone), but seems crazy that Villa are 8/13 to win after 85 mins in their Conference match. They possibly will go on to win, but certainly wouldn't want to back them at those odds. Scrap that, Bet365 hadn't updated for some reason, they are currently 7/5, which looks about right.
  5. Edit, actually it's a potential pen to Brighton . Not often you see that, a chance at the other end, and then gets brought back for a pen at the other end, ha. And now it's not a pen, fuck knows what's going on here. Madness. Still 2-0, looks like a foul before the handball.
  6. Wow this could be 3-0, if the VAR pen check is given, which looks likely.
  7. Wow, kind of switching between both games, had it on West Ham a bit longer, and was shocked to see Brighton 2-0 down. Europe not going too well for them thus far having lost their opening match at home to AEK.
  8. West Ham ahead after 8 mins, Paqueta.
  9. A shame both Brighton and West Ham are on at the same time (now) as both matches look like proper ties. West Ham seem to have gone pretty strong against Freiburg, most of the key players seem to be starting, yet they are still slight underdogs. Edit - they were underdogs about 30 mins ago, but are now slight faves, but either way, it's a close match on paper. Is it wrong to say hopefully they get the odd slight niggle ahead of Sunday.
  10. Just about to say Schaar has been the player of the match by far after the tackle, but then WOW.
  11. Murphy hasn't been on it since he's come on.
  12. On the bench vs At Madrid in the 5.45pm match.
  13. Fuck sake, the Goals Show made it look like it was Galatasaray that scored to go 2-1 up, not the other way round
  14. Twice in 2 game weeks that Union have conceded an injury time goal to lose the match. Last kick of the game here.
  15. Salzburg vs Sociedad or Union Berlin vs Braga at 5.45?
  16. Christ, game over already. 0-2.
  17. 1-0 Chelsea, Mudryk. It had been coming, Fulham have barely got going.
  18. At Madrid vs Feyenoord is one of the two 5.45pm matches on Wednesday, so a good chance to see him (should he feature of course).
  19. 2 years ago today. The final match of the Mike Ashley era.
  20. That lengthy gap has actually got me quite looking forward to this Rennes vs Nantes derby on TNT. Rennes unbeaten in the league, but have drawn their last 5, Nantes unbeaten in 4. Can't say I've heard of many of these players. Mandonda and Matic for Rennes. Didn't realise our old boy Sissoko was at Nantes these days, but he's on the bench tonight along with Marquinhos, on loan from Arsenal.
  21. Didn't even realise that he played for River Plate now. I always thought that River were the most iconic club in Argentina, but Boca seem to be the general consensus.
