  1. Austria vs Belgium is the free match on Viaplay. Decent game on paper, but with Sweden faltering, both should comfortably qualify so there's minimal jeopardy.
  2. Albania on the brink of qualifying after a big win over Czech. Poland vs Czech next month will pretty much decide who also goes through in that group.
  3. Turkey were the better side in the first half mind and probably should have been further ahead. Pinch of salt obviously, but XG was 1.01 vs 2.24.
  4. Right decision, but not great for Wales. It will be very hard for them to qualify if Turkiye see this out.
  5. Colombia vs Uruguay stream for anyone interested (Spanish comms though, I think). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGgtDMdliVE
  6. How come Scotland matches aren't on BBC Scotland or Alba? Pretty shocking how England matches are on C4, and even Wales' on that S4C channel, but Scotland always buried away on the nichest of channels.
  7. Croatia vs Turkey is in ViaPlay Xtra tonight which used to be FreeSports. It is one of the better looking matches to be fair. Still wish Sky had all the intl rights like they used to.
  8. On the bench for England U21 tonight live on YouTube.
  9. Although I guess some of those may have had a few internationals in their squad so couldn't play today.
  10. Used to quite like intl breaks, or at least tolerate them, when the matches were all on Sky, but they're pretty much all buried away on the very niche Viaplay Sports now. Of all the reasonably big names in League One like Portsmouth, Derby, Bolton, Charlton etc. I'm sure they could have found a more intriguing looking match than Burton vs Cambridge.
  11. Still can't get the hang of making changes 90 mins before kick off. Fucking Callum Morris captain

Fans presumably taking a leaf out of our book like in the LC final and Brighton away, singing 'everything's gonna be alright', 2 mins later 4 nil and further mass exodus Beautiful
  13. Stuck a tenner on Sunderland at 4/1. Couple of Boro bookings, can see the ref trying to even things up soon.
  14. Are there many obvious examples of (English) football rivalries that have just dwindled over time over the past 30 years or so?
  15. Happy Takeover Day everyone!
  16. How did WBA miss that? Sitter.
  17. Me neither. I was aware of them earlier in the season when following the early CL qualifiers in depth, but not before. Current Bosnian champions - the only Bosnian teams I had heard of was Zeljeznicar, who we played 20+ years ago in a CL qualifier, and their city rivals FK Sarajevo. Just seen Zrinjski won it the year before as well and 6 times in the past 10 years. I guess Championship Manager / Football Manager never having that as a playable league doesn't help, and us not being in Europe much recently from our perspective.
  18. Quite surprised Sky pick so many Birmingham home matches. Whenever they are on TV, they always seem to be at home and the visual looks so shit on TV with the lack of crowd on that side of the screen. Birmingham ahead, former Sunderland loanee Sanderson.
  19. Heroic stuff from Zrinjski. Bodie on the line and all sorts. 2 mins of injury time for them to hang on for. Heartache - 95th minute Villa winner.
  20. I guess there could be 10 mins injury time (I've no idea how it's gone), but seems crazy that Villa are 8/13 to win after 85 mins in their Conference match. They possibly will go on to win, but certainly wouldn't want to back them at those odds. Scrap that, Bet365 hadn't updated for some reason, they are currently 7/5, which looks about right.
  21. Edit, actually it's a potential pen to Brighton . Not often you see that, a chance at the other end, and then gets brought back for a pen at the other end, ha. And now it's not a pen, fuck knows what's going on here. Madness. Still 2-0, looks like a foul before the handball.
  22. Wow this could be 3-0, if the VAR pen check is given, which looks likely.
  23. Wow, kind of switching between both games, had it on West Ham a bit longer, and was shocked to see Brighton 2-0 down. Europe not going too well for them thus far having lost their opening match at home to AEK.
