Fulham look nailed on for a top half finish, Brentford have done well in their 2 years, and they came up via the playoffs, no guarantee they wouldn't finish in and around mid table next season. Yes the PL is clearly different from the Championship, but many thought they would be fighting relegation this season. Bmouth look like they could get midtable as well. They could easily do OK in the derbies as well, despite us having better players on paper. In the 31 years of the PL, they have played in it 16 and not 15, it was looking nailed on it would be 16 and 16, but now perhaps 17 and 15. I'd much rather that went to like 16 21 or something and them staying irrelevant year after year. Football can be cyclical, so would much rather the gap remained as big as it could possibly be for the foreseeable future. Who knows, some flush ME company could see them as a potential investment, especially with their neighbours being more in the limelight, and more chance they will know what a Sunderland is if they are back in the top flight with their matches available to pretty much every overseas country.

Wow, they are available now, and at SB I can cash out that £204 one for £109.37 - that sound crazy high, and can get £44.44 from the 33/1 one. Tempted to get that £109 now to be honest, but will let it ride a little. Edit, ah shit, forgot it's actually £502 where the cash it is £109, so na, defo letting that ride. I did think it was far too high to be pretty much half the return.

I've got 5 different bets with 3 different companies, but so far, no cash out available at any of them - I'd let it run until at least the final, and possibly cash out if they went a goal or two ahead in the final, and then hope they fuck it up. £6 at Skybet at 33/1 placed a long time ago, returning £204 £2 at Skybet at 250/1 returning £502 £2 at William Hill at 200/1 returning £402 £2.50 at PP @ 80/1 returning £202.50 £2.50 at PP @ 80/1 returning £202.50 So that's like £1,513 from £15 in scattered bets. Definitely far more comfortable having those bets on, just wish I had a bit more at the longer odds. Just shows how unlikely it was for them to get into the playoffs with odds of 250/1 just before their Cardiff match (obviously that's for promotion, not just the playoffs, but they clearly weren't fancied to even make the PO's at that stage). Quite happy it's over 3 companies as well, so less chance of an account getting restricted, more options regarding cash out, and less chance they try to screw you over by claiming 'palpable errors' or some bullshit.
  4. A draw would be lovely, but aye, if there had to be a winner, then would prefer Everton.
  5. That's that then. Would be nice to see a Boro winner now, although suspect they would far rather face Cov over 2 legs than Sunderland.
  6. I'm still holding out hope for a late Millwall winner, but this match has kicked off 3 mins after Boro-Cov, so if this stays a draw, or Bburn get a winner, then I'd like to see Boro get a last minute winner and then we would have Boro vs Sland over 2 legs.
  7. I'm pleased I do have that £1,500 blow softener, but crazy to think they could be back in the Prem in a few weeks when this time last year, they may not have even had their 3rd tier PO spot secured.
  8. Obviously you just need to finish above those around you regardless, but it looks like 69 points will be enough for the playoffs whereas, Derby missed out on 76 points, and Mansfield missing out on 75 points in the 4th tier where you can finish 7th. Christ, how did that stay out. Blackburn looking far more threatening now, even though they have no chance of top 6.
  9. They are about 8 or 9 unbeaten as well the Mackems, so they would go into it in great confidence as well, and they're currently facing Luton which on paper is more favourable than Boro, despite Luton finishing 3rd. Looked all over after that Hull equalier in the 4-4 around Easter
  10. Blackburn 100% can't get into the POs now, so hopefully that might filter though as the match goes on.
  11. You gotta laugh, but looks like they will get there. Mind, Bburn should have been ahead there, and then it would have been all about can Preston get an equaliser.
  12. Could be either, depending on how the results go. Boro defo finishing 4th, but Sland can finish either 5ht or 6th.
  13. Shame some of the other matches aren't available, even on the horrid budget red button service. Coventry's match was likely to be far more relevant than WBA's who were relying on so many results going their way. Defo should have had Boro vs Cov over that one.
  14. Aye, they are back within 2 goals - one for them, one for Boro. It was looking much more comfortable 2 mins ago, but a massive boost for them.
  15. Fuck sake, 1-1 Boro right on halt time. Sunderland back to within just 2 goals.
  16. Yeah, I'd prefer Millwall not to come up, but it didn't stop me celebrating their 2 quick fire goals , but na, keep the Mackems down there, let them be insignificant for much longer. All their banner and flag displays etc. where nobody will see them or give a fuck. More chance of a takeover, stabilisation etc. if they come up. Don't miss the derby at all, so no reason for me to want them to come up. Probably prefer Boro to stay down too, down rather they came up than Sunderland.
  17. Aye. I also get a hefty payment if they go up, but fuck that , keep them down there for as long as possible. Not even arsed about a potential cash out opportunity either.
  18. Watmore again. Horror show for Bburn at the back!
  19. Swansea level, so WBA no longer in the playoffs, haha. One more goal for BBurn and they will be in them, it's nicely poised at the moment, ha.
  20. Good news about Cov, strong chance they will get at least the draw they need (I hope they go up), but shame the offside Millwall goal didn't count or it would probably have been too much for Sunderland. The linesman didn't put his flag up until at least 5 seconds after the ball went in the net. Different game now, and WBA currently in the POs.
  21. Shit, 1-1 at Millwall. Sunderland back to within a goal of top 6.
  22. Very long way to go, but potentially 8/20 London teams, should Millwall go up, would be pretty grim.
