Adam Armstrong signs new long term contract according to Lee Ryder.

Just looking at Ben Arfa's previous managers at his other clubs & national team, none of these have got the best out of him which is a shame as he has the technical ability. Lyon (2004 - 2008) his managers were Paul Le Guen, Gerard Houlier & Alain Perrin Marseille (2008 - 2010) his managers were Eric Gerets & Didier Deschamps Newcastle (2010 - present) - Alan Pardew France (2007 - Present) - his managers were Raymond Domenech, Laurent Blanc & Didier Deschamps

Don't get me wrong, I am a massive Ben Arfa fan and would start him every week regardless. I also think our coaching is awful. But - hasn't the inability to unlock his undoubted talent been a major stumbling block wherever HBA has been? The fact he hasn't reached his potential is the reason he is playing for us. Yup, think his lazy attitude in his younger years has stopped him from becoming a world class player.

That was my prediction, got 1 point more so far, got 24 points in total, their next 3 league games are killers plus they have the FA Cup & LC final in between.
-
By the looks of him he likes a bit of Turkey

back to the bench

was a rugby tackle ffs

definite pen that, stupid penalty to give away

Was Stone not Assistant Reserve Team Manager or something?

That is true but normally there'd be an accompanying letter as folk like to make a gesture/stand. Ian W is correct, although legally entitled (if you've signed up to 10 years) to pursue for the next season money it is unlikely to happen (but I'd stress that isn't nailed on and you should always pay your debts ) No offence but with the speed the box office works at, should they decide to chase you for money it would take them another 10 years to put their trainers on. That's what happens when you buy trainers from Sports Direct.

Llambias was appointed Deputy Chairman on 5th May 2008 Mort stepped down on 17th June 2008 as he was on a years secondments from his law firm & Llambias was appointed Managing Director on the same day.
-
Not true about Mort, he was willing to stay. Fairly sure Mort was there to assist with the sale and then to help settle in then go back to hus lega, practice
-
Worst post of the year winner right there
-
he jumped onto the electronic advertising board to celebrate in front of the Newcastle fans (he tried to point out he was celebrating in front of his own fans, a bit of a silly thing to do tbh
-
upheld, will miss 3 games still. Johnson's been revoked
-
Wouldn't say they are safe as houses, they have loads of away games against the top 6 still to play. Newcastle (a) D Hull (h) D Man City (a) L FA Cup 5th Round Arsenal (a) L League Cup Final Liverpool (a) L Palace (h) W Norwich (a) D West Ham (h) W Spurs (a) L Everton (h) L Chelsea (a) L Cardiff (h) W Man Utd (a) L Swansea (h) L W3 D3 L8 Would put them on 39 pts, if they drop any of their wins to draws or draws to defeats they are in trouble still.

I'm sure the millions in extra wages per year will get will help him sleep a bit easier.

yes £8m future fee Where are you getting that from? Scott Wilson @Scottwilsonecho · 45m #NUFC confirm De Jong loan signing. Permanent agreement for next summer understood to be £8m. http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sport/10972556.Newcastle_confirm_De_Jong_arrival_on_loan/?ref=var_0 …

Yellow each would of sufficed but very silly from Remy giving the referee the option by bringing his head up to Johnson
-
even BBC calling him Big Shola

An indirect free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if, in the opinion of the referee, a player: •prevents the goalkeeper from releasing the ball from his hands Is it a cautionable offence? would imagine it falls under unsporting behaviour I guess.
