  1. If he's on the ball a lot then he manages to do very little with it. He's just a decent link player. Don't think there's a massive difference between Atsu and Almiron personally
  2. Tbf it is easier to play good football with Rondon up there than Carroll/Joelinton
  3. Atsu doesn't hide like, he gets on the ball a lot. Saint Maximin is a bit like when we had Sissoko on the wing. His main strength is just being able to get us up the pitch through his dribbling winning throws, corners and free kicks as well as generally scaring the shit out of the opposition
  4. Morelos wouldn't be able to do it in the prem. He's missed every chance he's had, bottled his pen, and should have been sent off He's a very good player, his record in the EL is 5 in 5 too. He would get sent off every week in a league with VAR though aye
  5. Aye, why didn't he just take him off instead of Almiron
  6. Either of the strikers in this game would be great signings for us
  7. Arfield's lucky to stay on for that tackle
  8. Great finish for a centre half
  9. Rangers battering Celtic. Forster having the game of his life to keep it 0-0
  10. Carroll's been great defensively in his cameos
  11. We seem to score from every chance we get lately
  12. These are a better team than us. Even in their bad run they were getting unlucky while basically all of the games we've won have had a lot of luck for us
  13. Who are these mad cunts who think we are more attacking now
  14. I am going, i am going, where streams of whiskey are flowing
  15. Why the f*** are we on TV again? Ah right we're not, about time
  16. Even under Rafa, as long as Mike was here that was the ambition
  17. Yes, of course. You think otherwise? Pearson is a nutcase, but there’s clearly something about him as a manager. Bruce has never once demonstrated any managerial ability. How do you make that out? What's Pearson done that Bruce hasn't?
  18. Who was managing them when they got the results that made it look likely they'd go down? It was "his" team minus Kante. Mahrez and Vardy played in Pearson's last season but Pearson could only get 4 and 5 goals out of them respectively Promoted team in struggling to adjust to PL quality shocker. Ultimately he got them going and achieved the season's objective. No idea what your second sentence is all about. Pearson told Vardy that one day he'll play for England.... and that's when he was languishing in the lower leagues. So he gets credit for keeping them up but not criticism for getting them into a bad position in the first place. If it was "his" team that won the league he must be an absolutely shit manager to get them that close to relegation. What does Pearson telling Vardy that he'd play for England have to do with it? He could only get him to score 5 goals in a PL season

  20. He just suffered from being played at left back. He's been good since getting a chance on the right
  21. The paper has been banned by both Inter and Roma
  22. Flag was up. Think we'd be pissed off if it was the other way around but the ref was right to play on, big error by the linesman
