I like the look of him. Big, powerful, still fast. Probably not the most clinical of strikers but seems to have a knack for scoring crackers. Overpriced? Most probably, as every other player out there. Under Howe, I think he’d do well. But he’ll probably go to Man U and flop.

Winning the league cup is fine and well, but a player like Isak wants league titles and chance at winning the CL. He sees what we all see, that this ”project” has slowed down. Add that he was promised a new contract that Mitchell then dismissed. Unfortunately it’s not hard to see a player like Isak in his prime wanting to leave this club at this time. It’s just infuriating if it’s Liverpool.

Too bad we didn’t get Trafford but Ramsdale may be a good addition. Goalkeeper situation now acceptable.
