  1. I dont even get the logic of it'll make Ashley sell if we go down. He'd specifically pick out someone like the Don, a chancer that he can control and take it back from if we came back up. Only way he ever relinquish control is if someone's prepared to overpay massively.
  2. Sorry but thats horseshit. There was no fluke in 2012. The football was good and to try and claim otherwise now is revisionist crap. What came after was bad, but we played good football that year and the 433 was about more than individual players. I remember us beating Villa on Cisse's debut with Obertan Guthrie Perch Jonas as the midfield and still carrying a threat.
  3. Aye that’s the one that I never got either. He was at first, they retrospectively took it off him. Same as ASM vs Bournemouth.
  4. He didn't play their last game I just mean in general. He's so much better than the likes of Hughes
  5. They would have had some, but Lampard fell for the obvious trap and went for Giroud instead of Batshuayi.
  6. Watford have the gall to drop Pereyra
  7. Thing is though unless Ki gets a reprieve, the rest are just workhorses. Playing two of those together results in us never looking threatening.
  8. Also there's got to be a massive fucking asterisk next to his name when listing goals scored by defenders. He could easily be playing further forward.
  9. He got better, Dummett's ability to weight a pass hasn't unfortunately.
  10. Shelvey's great to have on your side when its going well
  11. Fuck the City oil fans in here. Go tell some women they can't drive you freaks.
  12. Was a foul in the buildup. Ref's let them get away with it more and more.
  13. Get that back 3 separated man. They're our 3 weakest.
  14. NBCSN just said ASM has no assists. What the fuck was the first against Bournemouth then?
  15. Good British boys Dummy and Clark keeping those dirty forrin Schar and Lejeune out.
  16. He just wants us to have our own version of The Don. What a guy.
  17. Eh ? A random Premier League game in which we were 0-4 down against one of the most successful clubs in English football history ? And it had Steve Harper's elbow drop thing Yeah it was a great comeback, I just mean it didn't have much impact beyond those incredible 90 minutes. Half time there's a worrying feeling we could be pulled into a relegation fight despite being alright to that point. Full time we felt pretty safe. All small as we did eventually go down, but It could be argued it steadied the ship in a tough time post Carroll sale.
