I think having Murphy, Atsu and Perez ahead of him to give him options to pick out helped, Joselu and Gayle to a lesser extent have been too static at times.

His feet were quick again, rather than being full of lead.

He's got that abillity to drag us up the pitch with a run that no one else in the squad has since we lost Sissoko. While yes he should have put Perez through, the fact he managed to run one end to the other with and lay it off to Ritchie took a lot of pressure off us.
