I'm not really following what set up were operating now? I think sides have started to suss the Almiron give and go over the top now, seems like its failed everytime.

Eddie gets most things right more often than not, but the Joelinton out wide thing to accommodate Longstaff is mental, especially when you have a player like ASM who will give sides something to think about, it's not always about our shape, you need to disrupt their shape, they're (Fulham) happy right now with what they're up against, it's not worrying them at all. I'd even say Miggys threat has dried up a little because teams dont fear both wings right now! Bit like how Liverpool/Salah are struggling without the presence of Mane any longer.

Getting fed up of Longstaff in the side every week and ASM not included or on the bench. Joelinton back in the middle or Willock as they alternate or switch as soon as the game kicks off, were missing a real attacking threat on the left, Joelinton can do everything in the middle better than Longstaff, and ASM is a miles better attacking threat than Willock or Joe out wide.

Not sure we'll see this, but I'd like to see this group on the field at the same time at some point.

He was, but this was more evident since O'Neil took over, Billing has now been playing more advanced and linking with forwards, with Huddersfield and the way previous managers used him, he was more of a CM or CDM type. I can't imagine Bournemouth would part with an important player to them, and a player they will need to help them stay in the league, however for us, we need to aim higher, without trying to sound arrogant. I'd swap Longstaff for him, but not Willock if that doesn't sound too random, but it also makes me then think he's not an upgrade on anyone he's just a squad addition.

Although I sort of get what you're saying, the idea of us continuing to move in the right direction would be to continue to further add quality. Its never a case of keeping a good guy who doesn't mind sitting on the bench etc, we need competition for places, Schar and Botman able to be rotated and rested occasionally, as good as or someone who'll become our next CB, Skiniar would be mint, I'm just throwing up a name, probably unlikely, but that's the way we need to be thinking now.

Isak will do whatever Eddie asks him to do, I'm sure like Joelinton and Miggys transformation he'll also adapt to the style and shape of what's required, be it centre, left or right.
