Best Team for me. I want to see the loan Willock resurrected, stick him up with Wilson and tell the lad to get into the box and cause trouble. Joelinton and Bruno to form a magical Brazilian connection and break up play and use their technical skill to carry the ball forward from deeper positions, Bruno having the all round agility and complete midfield style, and Joelinton tough, strong, consistently improving in the tackles, as he has been, and able to bring the ball up the field to support the attack, ASM to continue to cause mayhem, I'd like to see him cut in less and turn provider a bit more, but equally go for attempts, but much work is needed on his finishing. Trippier/Targett and Fraser to be the main providers of balls into the box and as creative as they can be when not having to tuck in defending. As for Schar and Burn just be solid, and feel safer relying on more of the work being done ahead of them because Bruno and big Joe will form an impeccable partnership and give them no worries. ???

I want to see Willock advanced for this, although Bruce was shite, he clearly got a tune out of Willock. Maybe even Joe and Bruno breaking up play and creating, and Willock getting forward. That would mean dropping Shelvey, and it appears Howe likes Jonjo, so doubt we'll see those three in the middle.

Such a shame. I hoped he'd be included over Ritchie.

Good window, exceeded my expectations tbf, because I tried to be sensible and think just how awkward a January window really is, it must have been such hard work for fresh owners to get so much done in so little time, with so many hurdles. Our league position, difficult clubs, players not wanting to just switch in the middle of a season if they're settled etc, etc, Realistically, what more could they have done, and you can guarantee that's not the half of it, I bet theres been loads not reported. Great job!

I agree, but until Wilson is fit, he's an option other than Wood. I only dragged his name up because someone was saying Wood is our only striker right now

I'm just meaning Wood isn't our only striker, Gayle just never strings enough games together to get any consistency, he's a really good finisher tbf, but its if he'll get the chances. Think obviously Wilson is the best at the club, but we can certainly still look to Gayle, we'd be mad to let him leave on loan to a champo club, if this is it, and I'm assuming were finished for the night?

I know it's not what people wana here, but, Wood isn't the only striker, we still have Dwight Gayle, he could be useful now we are stronger elsewhere.
