So he was offside then.?? It was ruled offside, chill Sorry, yeah cause. I just thought I was a mental bastard for thinking it.

I think Big Sam will do what he does best. And Ashley will do what he does best.

Why? They didn't look at it because Schar touched it Yeah, that's right. Schar leaves it Watkins naturally would put it in, no goal. Blame Schar for being thick ?? What? Watkins was clearly behind the ball when it was played though. I thought Watkins was off. It wasn't analyzed by Var, so hard to argue with you over it atm. But I'm not arsed in fairness, because we were never ever winning the game ??

Lewis is like a shit scared child when he gets the ball.

Villa fan I work with says this is them playing badly.
-
That's absolutely correctly

Awful, just fucking awful. There's a lot of clueless players here, yes Bruce isn't a good manager, but some of these players are piss poor, and need to go asap.

It never takes us long does it

And he's still pointing to any other teammate as someone strolls on by him. Yeah but that's like his trademark, its like a nervous twitch, he doesn't even know he's doing it.

This has to be the highest Shelvey has ever played
-
It will only become exciting when ASM enters

So there is or isn't a new claim from Caulkin?
-
Ok fair enough, must be too busy skim reading. But tbf a lot of posts are the same regurgitation, so it's easy done.
-
No, he hasn’t said anything about the takeover lately What's this cash in the country 2.0 crap then?
-
Fuck me, is Caulkin at it again. I like George, but it seems to me everyone including himself think he has a major connection to Amanda, and it should be granted his word is better than others. I hope and pray they're all right, but at the end of the day they're all paid to write stories and get clicks.

True, you could say that about the two lads that turned up at Chelsea, both with huge reputations, neither have set the place a light.

Me having a go at the referee is almost as relentless as you provoking people in any given thread on here. You seem to think that you know everything and drop in every thread (both football and general chat) to say something on a subject you have displayed no previous interest or knowledge in just to give the impression that you know more than everyone else on the subject. People are starting to get annoyed by it. Name those people then? -
It's not quite as bad as Steve McClaren yet? The alarm bells were screaming relegation, and the board just hung around week after week, Benitez was left with absolutely no chance of a miracle. I think 3 or 4 games sooner and Rafa might have had more time to survive. I can see similar mistakes, or they'll just stick with spam head

Right now, Ritchie or Murphy would be a better shout than Joelinton. He's offering nothing. It's night and day what we're seeing from Miggy on one side and the other. -

Potentially related, but I used to do that when I played a horrible standard Saturday league. Always dropping too deep to get the ball, it’s probably something to do with Shelvey playing with no confidence and it’s easy and a safe option for him to do - further away from opposing midfield, more time. Also drags whole side deeper, as defence can get up. Needs to show some balls stay and higher and get the ball when opposition is closer. Seems to have lost all his close control now though. Totally shot away as a PL player now Oh absolute nail on the head there. Loads love to stay safe and hide. I've know of Shelvey for years and years right back to his youth cup days and time at Charlton, he was an attacking midfielder and was miles more mobile, he's just regressed and regressed. Its everything Newcastle are missing in terms of midfield, we haven't had a player who can play the position since Cabaye, Cabaye wasn't the fastest but he showed no fear, he offered plenty in terms of attack and defence.
