Literally no idea why teams celebrate taking points off a title-challenging team to fuck it up for them like they've won the league themselves. Chelsea last season, West Ham this season. I mean you're celebrating like crazy when you've have a shit season yourself and you're sitting in 9th. The team you have just beaten has Champions League football next season and you've massively underperformed. A bit of goading etc. is fine, but the scenes last night were like West Ham had just won the World Cup again.

The logo isn't too bad, to be fair. At least we've moved up from loan sharks to bent bookies.

Suspect he'd have much better offers than us like. Perhaps but they wouldn't loan him to a rival and I'm sure Pep would rather he went to someone like Rafa as opposed to say Hughes or Pulis. I was thinking of European teams like. Pretty sure there would be a fair few teams in the Champions League and Europa League who would be sniffing around him. Pep would be more than happy to send him on loan to any of them.

Absolutely fantastic

The moment Rob Elliot led out a Newcastle United team as captain.

Barnsleh have sold out their allocation of 2,700. -
I don't "support" any European sides, but there are sides that I want to do well (Juve, for example).

As ridiculous as ever. Still not entirely sure what he's said that he shouldn't have, to be fair. Funny how every man and his dog was able to give an interview about the Kevin Friend situation last season.

Oh I hope so.

Is that true though? PL spending has been on a steady incline since 2012. It didn't dramatically rise this season at all like, other than the norm. (This graphic doesn't include January of this season, as it was done before then. But even adding the spend from January on, it isn't a huge increase at all) http://ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/624/cpsprodpb/8F5A/production/_90989663_total_spend_10years.png

Tottenham's side against Arsenal at the weekend cost them £108.97m (according to transfermarkt) in transfer fees (starting 11, not including subs). People claiming we need to spend £100m to just be competitive in that league are just talking pap, as for £1bn

Absolutely its tragic for the family going through something as terrible as this but theres many many children battling this awful illness that haven't had the luxuries bestowed upon Bradley, they may be asking their mum and dad why not me Bradleys family need to take this out of the media circus its becoming and have private memories of what time is left, i mean having him as the number 41 horse in the grand national......really

Kyle Naughton?

No point trying to put serious money on this as it's so ridiculously hard to call, so I've just gone with two absolute long shots and gonna sit back and enjoy the game. Bonucci to score anytime and Juve to win 3-2 = 150/1 Bonucci to score 1st and Juve to win 3-2 = 700/1 It'll be a fantastic watch and I don't want to tarnish that with being angry at my bets.

Aston Villa went down in a similar mess and were taken over (which wont happen for the mackems), employed a fairly competent manager (which wont happen for the mackems), spent a large amount of money (which wont happen for the mackems) and only just managed to achieve a midtable finish. They'll be lower half/fighting relegation next season, without a doubt.

Messi is amazing but he's never scored in a League Cup Fourth Round tie, so Ronaldo is clearly better.

Saw a thread on RTG earlier calling for Cattermole to be named player/manager

Didn't realise Kodjia broke his ankle in Villa's game against Blackburn, he's out until the new season now. A massive boost for Brighton considering he's been Villa's main (and only) attacking threat all season. -
It's not the amounts that people are picking at, its the players that have come in. Even the free transfers he bought in were short sighted and totally the wrong players. Moyes quite obviously had some sort of influence in the deals as he had managed a lot of them before. N'Dong may be an exception to that rule.
-
He also spent £8m on Djlibodji like. He wasted the very small amount of money he was given and it's unsurprising that they were not willing to let him waste even more in January.

At least you might not finish 3rd in a two horse race this season In all seriousness, Tottenham have an excellent side at the minute. I used to dislike Tottenham for no reason whatsoever but I'm slowly warming to them as they have so many players that I like.
