  1. That chap Fabio Pecchia who left our coaching team in the summer to take the Verona job seems to be doing well. Top of Serie B by 3 points and clear of third by 5 after 21 matches.
  2. Feel as much about this as I did when Tubes left.
  3. Good chance Cambridge might beat Leeds here.
  4. What would stop us all watching it from the car park like?
  5. SkySports app pops up on my phone with the headline of "Holders Man United to host Wigan in FA Cup 4th Round" Guaranteed to be on TV.
  6. Don't they (Oxford) give 5,000 to the away fans if its a big following?
  7. 0-2 in a similar game to the Wigan one. Gayle with them both.
  8. Add into that the moan of "not giving young British talent a chance" but then moaning when teams play development squad players in cup games. Decent point but probably the wrong game to highlight it as most of the development team are foreign. Six of the starting team were all British, weren't they?
  9. Add into that the moan of "not giving young British talent a chance" but then moaning when teams play development squad players in cup games.
  10. How many British managers are in charge of clubs abroad? And of the 71 British managers in charge of an English club at the moment, how many of them have ever been abroad to manage? Maybe the lack of good British managers is down to the fact that none of them are willing to go away and learn from elsewhere but just stay stuck in their same old routine and ways.
  11. Are Janssen and Soldado related in any way?
  12. Their midfield is easily the weakest part of their team like. Jedinak is the only one who is decent and his best days are behind him I'd have Jedinak, Grealish and Tshibola all ahead of Colback. That is one person in our midfield. Doesn't mean their entire midfield is better, I'd have Shelvey ahead of all of those three. What does that even mean?
  13. Theoretically as the referee missed it, he should be charged retrospectively. Of course we all know that wont happen though. Disclaimer - I didn't see the challenge during the match, only going off of the photo on here, it may not look so bad on video.
  14. I don't know, quite enjoyed the second half rooting for Plymouth. A friend of mine's a fan, hope he's there. At least he'll be there for the replay. Aye, always had a bit of a soft spot for Plymouth after they were so gracious when we won the league and sent them down.
  15. Managers use the fixture pile up as an excuse, when in reality professional footballers should be able to cope with playing these matches. Both the FA Cup and League Cup are great sources of income and days out for smaller clubs and neither should be scrapped.
  16. From that photo it looks really bad from their keeper.
  17. Aye, think so. He went in for the ball as one of their players did and they clashed.
  18. A British player would have played on with that cut. Soft forrins.
