A Sheff Utd fan has gone on there and spoken sense, obviously that’s not gone down well at all. They also didn’t ‘come in peace’.

Them finish outside of the top 4, Chelsea getting 4th place, only to lose it due to Liverpool winning the Champions League would be funnier, especially after Chelsea did it to Spurs a few years back. Liverpool winning the CL would be terrible, absolutely terrible.
-
Never realised Liverpool were only a point ahead of Spurs and both Spurs and Chelsea have a game in hand on them. Liverpool finishing outside the top four and losing to Real would be delicious.

Hard to feel anything towards the performance when they’ve already achieved what we wanted and done so well over the season. They are afterall just sacrificing their own positional bonuses. Still a shite performance but I’m struggling to be angry about it, which is a weird feeling that I’ve not had in years because we’re usually scraping around for results at this time of year.

Islam Slimani - Returned to Leicester
Figures 1-0 Football replied to Figures 1-0 Football's topic in Football
He was off balance and it’s incredibly difficult to say he purposely did it - only he knows whether or not he did. From some of the reactions on here I was expecting something clear cut like Shelvey against Tottenham. It was nothing like that. If we start handing out bans for that then we may as well just give up with the entire game. -
Islam Slimani - Returned to Leicester

Only really just seen this incident properly - people claiming Dawson should to be banned? Howay It’s very debatable whether or not that was an intentional tread on Slimani’s foot, absolutely nothing in that at all and a pathetic reaction from Slimani. That said, it was barely a ‘kick’ and seemed to be taken in good humour by both players. Violent is a strong word for that Immensely stupid but in the eyes of the law it’s a ban. -
Le Tisser talking great sense on the Rafa contractual situation. “Give him whatever he wants” Strange to hear sensible discussion on GSS.

Shawcross: “Since the gaffer has come in, we’ve had a right go” Well why the fuck didn’t you have a right go under Hughes? Or why as the captain didn’t you make it clear to the board much earlier that Hughes had lost the dressing room? Hate the whole player power thing. Shameful dickheads.

An interesting comparison of their matchday income/free tickets. Bournemouth’s matchday income was £5,188,000 with an average attendance of 11,182 West Brom’s matchday income was £6,769,000 with an average attendance of 25,367 Unless Bournemouth/West Brom have much variation in ticket prices or the number of concession tickets sold (which I’d doubt) - you can reasonably gestimate that the number of actual paying supporters at the mackems was around 30,000 - 32,000. Well in line with the 9,000 free tickets previously touted. Interestingly, if their attendance is 15,000-20,000 next season and with the free STs being offered for kids their matchday income will actually be fairly average for the top end of League One and they’ll not have a huge financial advantage over the other sides. With transfers still to be paid for, I’d assume Short will recoup some of his losses from the parachute payments and with a very high wagebill for that level they need their fans more than ever next season. Unless the investment levels from the new owners next season is very high for League One, which I don’t believe it will be, they could end up struggling to get back up.

Lincoln v Yeovil may be delayed due to the Yeovil team bus breaking down and the supporters’ bus having to go pick the team up Class. Due to Lincoln being in with a playoff place, SSN correctly point out that if this game is delayed than the other playoff games should be too: Coventry v Morecambe Mansfield v Crawley But with Morecambe and Barnet fighting relegation - Barnet v Chesterfield should be delayed too Chaos.

Should be any time in the next 2-3 weeks really. Edit - didn’t know what Greg said. So no idea.
