Can you still attend Sunday League matches with a banning order? What level down the pyramid does it extend to?
-
Would he not be a potential buy if Stoke go down?

Sissoko-3   Oh my god. LEE RYDER Florian THAUVIN 4 Was content to jog around at times as the game passed him by He ran his bollocks off the poor cunt. Was about to say that. You could see his silly hair waving all over the place every time he lost the ball busting a gut to get back. That was in September, a month(?) after he signed. His performance away to Watford in the cup was more telling on his ‘cant be bothered’ attitude. He played well initially IIRC and then decided he wanted to go home, he then put next to no effort into the limited time he played and I can only speculate he was the same in training as he was not fancied at all.

Absolutely.

Charlton - £3,176,000 16/17 (average attendance 11,162) and £4,758,000 in 15/16 (average attendance 15,632)
-
I told you that in confidence man!
-
Well we were speculating how many free tickets were dished out, I suggest we're pretty close to an answer now. Nah - it’s all be cleared up on RTG. It’s because of concession tickets, brings the average price down to a measly £10.60 apparently. Conveniently ignoring the hospitality and boxes (££££) bringing the average ticket price up. Must be a stadium full of concessions too. For those mackematics to work, they’d need more children/pensioners in the stadium than adults Also ignores the story in the media about 9,000 free tickets every week, that must be wrong too, just like the accounts must be.

The problem with Thauvin was he didn’t want to be here. He could have been a good player under any manager because he clearly has the quality but he didn’t want to play for us and most of his performances reflected that. Don’t see how/why it’d have been any different under Rafa.
-
Agree with Kaiz. Think they have similar ability and potential but one is massively overpriced due to the English factor. Always been impressed with Johansen when I’ve watched Fulham. Don’t want us to buy either of them though.
-
His fitness has remarkably improved too. He looked like he was about to collapse after 60 minutes last season. He’s always been a good player but he’s absolutely playing out of his skin atm. I’d be happy for him and Shelvey to play next season. Merino is a decent backup option too. CM is probably one of our least pressing concerns imo. An upgrade on Hayden maybe but we’ve got other areas that need addressing first.

They’ve sold 16,000 season tickets according to rumours on Twitter with little evidence to suggest that is the case. Obviously that has been taken as fact on RTG and the praising of ‘our fans’ is ongoing. They’re now all expecting crowds of 30,000 next season, if they’re doing well. Someone with a bit of normality about them has actually looked at the stadium plan and says: 16,000 STs would be just under half of the lower bowl That’ll be ignored no doubt
-
That can't be right? If you disregard cup games, divide that by 19 and then again by 40k (assuming the average crowd would be about that?) then the average ticket price was under £12 a head. No wonder they were up shit creek. That figure will also include their 2 cup games at home that season Works out about £10 a head Those figures include hospitality etc. too

£8,955,000 in gate receipts for their relegation season from the PL That’s ridiculously low isn’t it and further evidences their free ticket giveaway?

Do NUFC Need To Change Away Ticket Criteria?
Figures 1-0 Football replied to Crumpy Gunt's topic in Football
Based on that article, if we were in the CL final that Liverpool are - every ST holder with 25+ points would be guaranteed a ticket and the remaining tickets would go to fans with 0-24. Every ST holder with 1+ point would be guaranteed a ticket to a domestic cup final at Wembley too. A lot better than I’d have expected, to be honest. -
Just burst out laughing.

Video Assistant Referees (VAR)
Figures 1-0 Football replied to Figures 1-0 Football's topic in Football
Liverpool would have had 2 penalties in the first half though, so they’d have been 4-1 down and out. Not having VAR actually made it more of an interesting spectacle, with no pathetic stoppages. There would have been about 6 VAR stoppages last night, which would have been grim and interrupted an interesting tie. -
Real rarely keep a clean sheet even against the real dross of La Liga. On paper, the game should finish about 5-4. True, but i mean Roma are a very bad team and they've put 6 past them. Benzema/Bale/Ronnie/Isco. It prob goes against most peoples opinnion but im not sold on Trent Alexander Arnold. Gets caught out a lot imo A very bad team  Okay mate. Not sure whats funny about that. The way liverpool took them apart in the first leg was one of the most embarrassing displays I've seen. Their back four is absolutely horrible, De Rossi is most likely finished, Keeper is awful, el-Shaarawy has bounced around loan clubs. Dezeko and Naingolan are good footballers, but as a side they are bang average. I dunno how much Serie A you watch but they are not a good side. In CL terms they are a bad side. The barca result was just odd, they got dicked away. What's funny is you said Roma were a "very bad" team. A "very bad" team doesn't qualify for the Semi-Finals of the Champions League without conceding a goal at home. Fair enough, if you said "I don't rate them that highly, I think they're an average team" - then you can debate and discuss that point. But they're clearly not a "very bad" team. Plenty of bad times get far in tournaments man. It's hardly groundbreaking. I can honestly say the 5-0 they went down in that semi is some of the worst defending and performance I'v ever seen at that level. They are miles behind in Serie A, I don't think they are a good side at all. Sometimes there is team that gets farther than they should. Roma are that side They're 3rd in Serie A with a average of 2 points a game. Got to semi-finals of Champions League, and have beaten Chelsea and Barca 3-0 this season. You can't fluke your way to 3rd in the League/Semi final of Champions League FFS Roma certainly aren't a great side or anything, but to say their a "very bad" team is a strange and slightly embarrassing viewpoint tbh. Literally never said fluke. You're arguing semantics really tbh, very bad side- not great. I don't rate them. Outside of the top four, Serie A is very very weak, and 14 points of second is pretty fucking bad. They've punched above their weight hugely. Have you seen a PL side get taken apart by Liverpool the way they did in that first leg? that was painful. They beat Arsenal 4-0 early on in the season in pretty similar fashion. Brighton away too, 4-1 IIRC in a similar style.

Regarding Wilder:

Islam Slimani - Returned to Leicester
Figures 1-0 Football replied to Figures 1-0 Football's topic in Football
Especially those that are pushed through at the last minute in a panic due to the incompetence of the rest of the window. That said, I’ve seen fuck all from him that we wouldn’t get from Mitro, at Leicester and his limited time with us - silly ban included. Why we’d sell a younger lad with more chance for improvement to buy him, I’d never know. Hopefully we’ll look elsewhere. -
Not sure what’s worse about that The fact that we have actually been there and they haven’t.. or, the fact that they are celebrating a player who doesn’t actually play for them.
-
Why would Chris Wilder leave his boyhood club where he is managing very well in the Championship to join the League One mackems?
-
They crawl out of everywhere when Liverpool do well and they are all utterly unbearable like.
-
We did get relegated tbf. Not many teams go down and spend money. Our income probably halved in the championship. I thought we ended up around £40m up in transfer dealings for the summer we got relegated? We did, still not enough to cover the short-fall of getting relegated. We did have to get a loan of Mike Ashley for £30m to help cover costs for the 2nd half of the season. I wouldn't have thought many other clubs who get relegated would have the luxury of being able to sell almost £100m worth of players and then go on to play in front of 52000 sell out crowds all season. I'm surprised that he had to loan the club a further £30m to cover costs for half a season on top of that. Not sure how Villa have survived 2 years in the Championship with similar costs and far lower revenue. Loans from their owner, like us. They also have fuck all to spend now.

Aye, it would have been class. We would’ve had a perfect match.
