  1. FA Cup 2nd Round Draw: Wonder which lower league team we’ll lose to this year.
  2. A lot of speculation that Marco Silva is on one of Watford’s classic 1 year rolling contracts and Everton are interested in him.
  3. Absolutely not. Manquillo is shit, but Dummett is too. Mbemba or Gamez are the only people we should consider playing at LB until we sign a new one. 0-0, or a 1-0/2-0 defeat.
  4. Just need Pards to Everton to complete the treble.
  5. A 2 and a half year deal with a break clause that they can activate at the end of the season, apparently
  6. Yep, convinced we take the lead in the first half yesterday we go on to win. Yup
  7. West Ham owners: “We see this as an exciting opportunity to appoint a quality manager to the position to inject fresh ideas, organisation and enthusiasm into a very talented squad” If they are talking about Moyes, then they are seriously in trouble
  8. Bristol City (h) Bolton (h) Boro (a) Millwall (h) A more favourable set of fixtures coming up you could not imagine. If they're still in the relegation zone after that lot, then yes they'll be struggling all year. I can see a couple of wins in there though. A whopping 1 point so far with 0 wins
  9. On this day 2 years ago, we had 7 points from 11 games in the PL - having only won one game. Incredible the difference with Rafa. Reassuringly, having flicked through the table at this stage over the past 5 or so years, 2 of the teams in the bottom 3 usually end up getting relegated. That’d just free up one other space and there are plenty of teams that are more likely to go down than us. Also means that one of (or both of) Palace and West Ham could/should drop #sundayboredom
  10. When you read this post from RTG, relegation for them becomes a real high possibility
  11. No great loss, a minging place and it takes forever to get there. It's not that bad like, it's not as grand as Newcastle obviously, but it's not minging. I’ve been twice like and spent a full weekend there this season, it really is like. Some decentish bars and restaurants along the strip where Revs/Yates is, but it’s not a nice place in the main. Seemed worse than Cardiff, although admittedly we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in Cardiff.
  12. The best thing about November is the same annual arguments about poppies and James McClean. Nowt to do with football at all like.
  13. Who's that 'easier games' quote attributable to? It's the exact opposite, so I dunno if you've just got mixed up. Hodgson's opening fixtures were Man City, Man United, Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham and Spurs. So in no way easier at all. Newcastle, West Ham and Bristol City. 1 point and a cup exit. They’ve still got more ‘easier games’ coming up, but they are never getting out of this - not with that muppet in charge. They beat Chelsea as well and drew with West Ham. The cup's meaningless. In the league they're doing better than they were beforehand and have done it against better teams - the opposite of what you said. That's why I wondered whether you just got mixed up. Not convinced the cup is meaningless at all like - shall we not enter it next year then? Think getting convincingly beat by lower league opposition is poor no matter what. They may be playing better (which is a weird comparison, when they couldn’t really play much worse). But they are further from safety after playing West Ham at home, Newcastle and Spurs away (where Swansea and Burnley have managed points). Forget the cup, man. No point in talking about that considering the priorities and the team put out. Further away yeah, but because other teams have picked up points not because they've been worse. Not a chance they've had easier games either. There's still a good chance of them staying up imo. Swansea and West Ham certainly look worse at the moment and you'd think they're going to come into SOME form at some point. They’ve still only scored in 2 of the 7 games that Hodgson has been in charge of like That is 5 games without even scoring, De Boer only got 4 games in charge. Not sure how anyone can say that they have been better. They are further adrift from safety, out of a cup in embarrassing fashion to a lower league team and still don’t look like coming close to getting ‘in-form’. Eh? They've scored 4 in 7, not 2 (2-1 Chelsea and 2-2 West Ham) and it's 4 games without scoring,, not 5. Again those 4 were Man City, Man United, Chelsea, and Spurs as well. They've scored more, and got more points against better teams...that's how you can say they've been better. We'll see. Games as opposed to goals, they’ve scored in 2 of the 7 games. It’s also 5 without scoring - unless I missed their goal against us. You could argue that Leicester have had an equally tough start, they’ve played similar level of teams and have 13 points.

  15. Give veterans McClean’s wages.

I think Figures doesn't like Hodgson, despite his CV being better than most other managers out there His recent CV which consists of; failure
