I couldn’t care less if every game this season is as shit as the last two, as long as it keeps us in this league with Rafa as the manager and we can stabilise ourselves ahead of kicking on next year. Couldn’t give two shits how many highlights there were, if MOTD had us on last or the neutral was disgusted with us - we’re picking up points and that is all we need at this stage.

You have a very short memory of that is the case. People have already forgotten how bad it was under Pardew etc. Fuck all to do with a short memory. It is just we have played two negative teams, were both managers have been cautious as fuck. I am not saying this is the worst NUFC team in recent years or anything. Or massively digging out Rafa. I’m just highlighting, that as a fan of either club, or a neutral. These last two games have been woeful in terms of incidents, shots on target, decent football played etc. At least under the former clowns there was usually some comedy value, or the other team scoring a few Aye, fuck this top half finish and best start in 5 years - lets worry about what the neutral might think and rollback to the Pardew years so we can lose 5-0.

He holds onto the ball for a weird amount of time for a player who is as strong as the olive oil that he styles his hair with. -
Javier Manquillo (now playing for Celta de Vigo)

That's just simply wrong. He may be more comfortable on the ball but Dummett is a much much better defender. -
That’ll confuse some people on here like, all of that sense. He's got some patience like, I know Yorkie said we are a mid table side, but we really aren't, this side would get relegated with a lesser manager. Totally agree with that. Rafa is the difference. It's huge. I know we looked rubbish today, but even then we looked well organised and could just as easily nicked another win on another day. Yup. The takeover is needed and is huge.

Not good enough but it’s not his fault that he automatically has to play every game because we have literally no other options in his position. Gayle? His hamstring will fall out Mitro? Play him with Joselu and you may as well have a front two of Rafa and Steve Bruce Ritchie? Needed on the wing Murphy? Needs hounding out (or time) Diame? Same as Mitro Merino? Needed in CM with his interceptions -
Wasn't at fault for the goal at all, and even if he'd been on the line I doubt he'd have saved it anyway. He was still awful all match though. Awful all match? Feels like I'm watching a different game sometimes His kicking (again) and decision making (coming/not coming for balls) was awful, but he made a couple of smart saves and wasn’t the worst on the pitch.

He had just got up from making a decent save to be fair to him. no excuse imo. If he an't keep his head cause he made a save he shouldnt be a Prem GK He was fingertips from deflecting it away man be serious. Elliot did nowt but make a couple good standard saves today. You should be asking wtf they have two free men at the back post if anything. Hendrick shouldn't have half an hour to bring a ball down onto his knee and side foot it calmly in. "these players could have done more better so lets ignore someone else who could have done better" Then why have you singled out one player? Who is the least at fault out of about 6?

Would we have been ‘embarrassing’ or ‘too negative’ if we held on in exactly the same fashion for a 0-0? Like Brighton and Huddersfield, we were well set for a good away point until individual mistakes let us down - something that Rafa cannot prevent. We will play shit every now and again, it happens. 3 points on Saturday and suddenly the garden is rosey again.

Burn him! Sell him to a dog meat factory! HOUND HIM OUT! Those 4 minute cameos that he gets are just not up to scratch.

You’ll definitely get some looks when you celebrate Diame’s winning goal in the 93rd minute.
