Took the weins to see santa today so seen no footy at all.... have to say was shocked when I checked the score and we were 3-0 up at that stage... 1st time this season looking forward to having a few cans and watching motd... hopefully we can build on this and get a win on Wednesday.... for how poor we've been for the majority of this season, would be very positive going into Christmas just a couple of points off 6th and in a cup semi final ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️

People often get blind sided about 11/12 kit because We had a half decent season in it lol... it was terrible It's funny how different people's views are on kits and how we all have different opinions etc like for example someone said earlier how they thought that 07/09 was one of the worst kits we had, where I loved it lol despite how shite we where in it... I've always had a think for thicker stripes and when the kit is predominantly black.... Best: 1. 21/22 2. 22/23 3. 23/24 4. 16/17 5. 17/18 Worst: 1. 13/14 2. 15/16 3. 14/15 4. 12/13 5. 11/12

The one before it (13/14) and the one after it (15/16)are far worse imo, both of them with silly blue lines and blue splashes in it... every home kit from 11-16 was genuinely horrible... completely went hand in hand with everything else that was going on with the club at that time

Completely agree with what your saying 13/14 was a horrible season in a horrible period... but all them games you mentioned we weren't wearing the 2 jerseys that the club are passing of as "retro" lol.. actually really liked that members one at the time, ended up buying it when I wasn't even a member at the time, just remember someone one on here posted the link and I was able to buy it and the yellow one we had some pretty good results in it if memory serves me correctly, beating spurs in that game where krul made like 20 saves lol and that game where we beat man utd at old Trafford.... but saying that, does feel very random to remake those particular jerseys from that particular time lol... always wondered why the club or score draw or whoever does the retro remakes never done the 99/01 home ot the 01/03 home ? Seeing that them particular kits have a bit of history/meaning behind them saying they were worn in an FA cup final and a CL run respectively.

Got this for 75 quid on classic football shirts bout 10 year ago, and its me fave jersey of all time, over the 2 grandad collar ones, would still wear it regularly

Since the minute we qualified for the CL in 2023 he went off the boil a bit didn't he, going on benders etc... and wasn't that around the time that his suppose cheating happened ? And its obviously affected him, as he went from being one of the best full backs in Europe (imo) to putting in some very questionable performances, I can think of 2 games just off the top of my head last season where he cost us matches, I'm sure there's a lot more examples.... end of the day his signing for me was the most important in the 25 years or so that I've been Following the club... the fact that he was willing to leave one of the top sides in Europe to join us in the position we where in was the 1st indication that we were serious.... and his performances from Jan 22 to May 23 were outstanding.... I know a lot if not all of this was brought on himself, but at the end of the day, the man's marriage is Breaking down and he's loosing his family... doesn't matter if he's a minted footballer or not, he's still a human being, the club should show support and solidarity 100%

Was literally in the middle of posting this link lol.... Footyheadlines are usually spot on, so must be true.... Will be interesting to see what they come up with... but as someone said above, bit tiresome now all these rehash of old kits, that will be 3 Away/3rd kits adidas have gave us now where its been remakes of old kits from the 90s... would be nice to see something original for the 3rd

I was as disinterested as I've ever been in the goings on of the club at this particular time, but remember it was near Christmas and the thought of us getting to a semi final of a competition did get me a tiny bit excited, so I booked a half day off work and bought a few cans to watch it.... it was absolutely horrendous.... was easily one of the worse performances of the Bruce era (which is saying something) remember Jamal Lewis being particularly woeful that night.
