Heard an ITK talk about Pep Guardiola's strengths. Above all he emphasised the importance of creating a team ethos with everybody pulling for the cause, and because of this suggested Pep's main strength is quickly spotting and getting rid of bad apples. I think Rafa has the same philosophy; it's all about the group. For that reason, personally, I'd take whatever and fuck Sissoko off. Business wise, if we only get a piss take offer, then we can stick him away from the first team until his attitude and desire improves ( though this is hardly going to lead to better offers in Jan).
