  1. Hasta luego N-O I’m out of here and NUFC until the day returns when I can feel proud of who we are.
  2. No class. No shame. No surprise.
  3. Rubbing my dick with a cheese grater. Emotionally equivalent/should fill the void.
  4. hear from the club, good one Given that there has been a great deal of debate on this board as to whether he is a proper person it will take some time. He doesn't look that fit either to be fair
  5. Was disappointed when he went. Pleased for him now. Can recall a couple of performance which made me think he could be destined for great things. Particularly ‘owning’ Raheem Sterling at the Etihad.

    That cheered me right up.

Hsve you got a photo of you're scarf as I can't believe or remember any official one would have ha'way marked, or was it one from a trader? Howway with 2 w's would be ok though as the point was the use of the 'a'. I had a black silky Alan Gowling scarf, smooth little fucker that I was, which had Haway The Lads down the reverse side. Don't know if it was official merchandise.
  8. I found myself wondering about their relative boot size and how I could find out—it’s not normal is it!

Just belatedly came across the whole more than one girlfriend at a time (and...) ‘news’ in the Sunderland thread. Nothing to see there but surely this can’t be an accurate quote: "What part of 'I don't want to see you' do they not understand? I'm an amazing player and I'm just enjoying life. It's going back two years." Who would say that?
  10. Can't help seeing Kieron Dyer; hope he's a bit smarter a bit sooner.
  11. Loving this! Still trying to fathom steel band choice but genuinely laughed out loud at Horse Punching dance. Crazy and brilliant in equal measure (...actually, nah. The brilliant nicks it).

It's like you've had front row seats to one of those tragic and funny documentaries, a live full sensory (did anyone shit themselves?) 'tragicomedy'
  13. Said the most unpopular fan in the Borussia Monchengladbach stand.
  14. Joy to watch those goals again. Seeing so many headed goals reminds me just how good he was with his head. Plus the aggression/desire to get there. You can't coach that.

Yet they often used to struggle with "easy" teams, making it look like a chore. This side are making it look easy, when they went behind I didn't think for a second that they'd struggle let alone lose, I knew they'd win by 3 or 4 at least, I've honestly never seen a England team anywhere near as good. Was thinking similarly. They do look really good. Semi-final last time doesn’t look a fluke and we’re getting better.

Just came across a song apparently gathering momentum for Sunderland's trip to Wembley (Checkatrade trophy?): "The 50's Bank of England The famous Roker Roar We'll always follow Sun'lun No matter what the score. Even through the bad times The red flag's flying high We'll always follow Sun'lun We're Sun'lun till we die. Haway Haway Haway!" I mean... . To be fair, if the tune is the laughing policeman, it works for me. Though needs new last line: "Oh ho ho ho ho ho ho. Ha ha ha ha ha ha [repeat]"
  17. Anybody fancy a pint beforehand? Heading there straight from work.
  18. Think that’s called damning with faint praise. You could probably get your point across much better in an image
  19. There appears to be a lot of ‘appears to be implying’ fuelling the anger at Lascelles. Personally, I’m not arsed. From the little I know I think he’s his own man, strong willed, principled and not easily influenced. He might not have chosen his words as well as Benetiz, but so what? Neither of them will want to see fans disrupting the team’s performance. If you find that somehow disloyal or inappropriate you need to take your head for a shite. Or, less anatomically challenging, but equally poetic, just take a wander out of tinterweb world for a bit.
  20. There have been a few similar ITKs in the last couple of years, so forgive me if I am misremembering, but was there not a very similar claim last December?
