That's the way it should work if the on field ref thinks it's no penalty. Not giving it, if it passes all the guidelines for no penalty like the bottlejob idiot of a ref in our game did.

Thing i hate most is the first thing the ref sees on the screen is a still of ball hitting the hand/arm, or a touch/brush against the player. The stills are the worst picture of all, and they do that in the Premier League as well, it already sets a seed there's been a foul/offence.

Ramsdale is playing like a player totally destroyed by his managers treatment, he looks so nervous. Arteta's done a right number on the kid.
