    Rafa Benítez

Rafa could walk out this afternoon. Any talk of that putting pressure or putting the spotlight on Ashley is fanciful. Ashley simply doesn't care, the last 10 years should be all you need to know that.

Personally i'm not a massive fan of Rafa's football but imo, as soon as Ashley gone this club with breathe again. Obviously i'm not saying we'll start playing brilliant football but the hold, the grip, the utter cancer this man has spread through this club will be lifted. We just need a few more weeks and we're free of the wretched piece of scum.

You cannot completely absolve him from number 2. Seriously, even with the ridiculous restrictions and number of times he has been f***ed over, the players he has decided to bring in are just pure crap. How many f***ing times? They weren't the players he decided to bring in, they were the players that he ended up having to resort to. You already know this, you just f***ing love your snivelling sack of s*** WUM act. He selected those players as back-up deals. He didn't have to sign Joselu, but he did. Alternative being... Could have signed someone like Charlie Taylor for left-back and just played Mitrovic. Yup. Kept Hanley as 4th choice and mbemba back in at centre back. Begovic went for £10m. Been badly squad managed and a failure of a window. Dave has already said this but say Begovic, it's not the £10m that was the problem, it's the wages he would be on. We didn't sign players because of their value, we didn't sign them because Ashley wouldn't pay their wages. Now Rafa should be doing better, no doubt but this lays at Ashley's feet. Bournemouth can afford his wages, so can we. We’d have sold Darlow to Boro, his wages, no Joselu, no need for another cb and what it’s cost to upgrade, it could have been done like. Of course we can, if Ashley wasn't the owner. He won't go to where we need to and other clubs go as that is modern football now, it's like we're 3 years behind everyone else. We needed a striker, couldn't get a GK so held on to Darlow. It's not difficult to understand that again it was the wages, Joselu was way down on Rafa's list but that he was the one that fitted the finances limited by Ashley. I'm not defending Rafa for the form we're in, but i can see the bigger picture where Ashley has the reigns well and truly held up.

  7. Bimpy will still be moaning about 442 though. I won't, i quite like 4-4-2, much prefer 4-5-1, good research though. Well done
  8. Thanks honey, but it's not about Mitro exactly, why are we watching a crap midfielder play up front when we have a striker, ok not a great one but who would offer more as a striker, not even in the squad. Even stick a kid up there, at least someone who plays as a striker as his natural position.
  9. How can Rafa hate Mitro so much, that this pile of shit is up front today and he can't even get in the 18, it's mental like
  10. Anyone else reading that first bit in the voice of Sheriff Buford T. Justice
  11. Look at me, look at me. Not really, jesus christ you guys are weird. All he said was hopefully we get some news, of course he hopes for that we all do. But i don't see that as inclination he knows something. I get you are all desperate for this to happen, but seriously take a break from this s*** and do something else. Pretty much every response in here is the equivalent of a poor person scrounging for food, the desperation is utterly ridiculous that you are searching for any possible little light of possible news that isn't even news. I don't particularly blame any of you for feeling that way, but having said that i personally would feel a lot better by ignoring it until we actually have some news. I'd go absolutely mental if i followed this crap as closely as some of you. It will happen when it happens, coming here everyday and scrounging for any slight bit of info isn't healthy. Mole ffs shud up, let us dream and be utterly weird

    Jose Mourinho

It's funny like 'The worst of it so far is the facial injury suffered by Mikel Arteta. If it was indeed Romelu Lukaku who struck Arteta with a bottle, as some reports suggest, Arteta can at least console himself with the certainty Lukaku was probably aiming for Pep Guardiola at the time.'

Fab Four in regard to Liverpool Just fuck off.
  15. He's 20 now. Two years older than Krul was when he broke into our 1st team. He's gained great experince with England, representing them at 6 different levels, culminating with him winning the World Cup and also the Golden Glove award for being the best Keeper in the tournament. Our 2 senior goalkeepers are hopeless, Darlow has conceded 11 goals in 4 games this season. If he's not getting a chance now I don't see when he ever will. It’s not as simple as that though. He may be better than what we have, but he alone won’t prevent the goals going in and I’d rather protect a prodigious talent than throw him in at the deep end. I’d actually bring Elliott back in, because he seems more self confident than Darlow and that little bit extra may just help. Ideally in January we bring in an experienced goalkeeper... Made this point before but much more young kids get ruined by not playing than those that do Yeah a good point, to be honest I'm sick of reading he's not ready. Be it a GK or any player in other positions, when will a player be ready then ? 22, 23, 24 it's ridiculous. If they're good enough then they should play.
