I know we score lots but by god we can be bloody boring at times.

You can't turn up and expect to win at home, we lack invention, ideas and don't take control of home games. It's down to the players being poor and down to Rafa's tactics also being poor at times. Today was more Rafa's tactics which it seems were to hoof it over the top, something we saw for years under Pardew and detested. Rafa will work harder than ever i've no doubt about it but i just wished he'd not be so rigid at home. Brighton and Huddersfield seemingly despite us beating them aren't relenting in the chase, we need to react especially in the next home game.

It'll be 3 if they win the game in hand.

And we'll have people on their high horses like yourself who will just post in here to say stuff like this. Not going on like a flannel about the last person to blame isn't the same as being on your high horse Neesy, learn the difference. Rafa is the first person to blame today. Of course he is, January didn't happen. A factor but i'm not sure January has anything to do with long ball aimless football played today like.

The six games before this had them top of the form table, you might well be right.

It's not that, his rigid tactics away work as it all about shape, defensive cohesion and hard work. At home it's awful and looks poor (at times). He needs to be more flexible but what do we know, we just watch it. We should be set up to batter teams at home. We're the best side in the league and should behave like it at home. Instead teams like Bristol City come here and take something away. I do agree but this is Rafa style, he's not keen on allowing players too much freedom to stamp themselves on games. When it fails it looks like it does today. He needs to look at it but he won't, he won't doubt his methods.

I wonder why Rafa seems to fear possession lately, baffled to why we surrender the ball so willingly.

You're an idiot, like. Losing at home 0-3 to Fulham would suggest that maybe i'm not the idiot here. To be fair that's one of the nicest things i've ever seen Ron say.

I haven't heard Shelvey's name at all this half until then.
-
Hate saying it but this a Pardew level event

4-4-2 with Colback still in there?! We'll lose by 6. Hehe true.
-
Fulham manager has handed Rafa's arse to him today.
-
Gouffran coming on, here's the comeback
-
2 up, left Colback on. Interesting.

Make a sub soon ?

Embarrassing from Rafa today, really poor.

Long ball toward Diame, Fulham have it back easily

Or maybe, as it sounds, Fulham have done a good job of nullifying you and there's no other option for Shelley but to hit long balls. I can't imagine Rafa sent them out there to hit it long every time. Fulham have a good manager. Maybe he has his tactics spot on. Over to Rafa now to see if he can react. Could be, but while i want to i'm not going to absolve Rafa of blame. Tactically we've been poor at home from the kick off a few times now. And that's something he needs to sort out, one thing is picking Colback when it's clear he's dreadful, epecially when you want to attack and take the game to teams at home. I get it away from home but not at home.

Two up top at half time ? <a href="http://reactiongifs.com/?p=8437"><img src="http://www.reactiongifs.com/r/2013/04/old-lol.gif"></a>

Thing with this, are the players playing to Rafa's tactics (if true it's shocking and Rafa needs to change it) or are they fecking up what Rafa has told them to do. Either way a bollocking should be forthcoming at half time.
-
Come on Rafa your better than these tactics, get the players to get it down ffs.
-
Long ball aimless balls forward to a striker unsuited to it....

Run on the pitch and twat Colback will ya, ta.
