You listen to what Rafa says and how he talks about football, with all the crap, excuses and talking down about us that we had to put up with from Pardew, and it feels like being freed from some sort of darkness. Hope, excitement and i do believe enjoyment is about to wash over us all. It's not been this way for so long, it's feels so weird to have such things in the forefront of your mind in regards to this club. It's lovely, absolutely lovely to feel this way once again.

A regular Premiership ref doing that is a kick in the nuts to the regular Championship refs, that and he's fucking terrible anyway. Which is totally wrong if the majority of Championship games have been reffed by lower ranked refs, completely unfair on them.

Championship clubs are worried about losing revenue from 8 less games a season, which is fair enough. And in regard to 100 clubs filling 5 divisions, if and when the leagues are reshaped there would be 8 clubs promoted from the National League, the season before the change to make the numbers right.

Isn't it just like the offside, really. Everyone goes into great debate about how complex and confusing the rule is when in fact it isn't at all and merely backed by common sense. Problem with common sense is that it's not that common. Yep, you can teach a ref all the rules but you can't teach individuals common sense.

I play with a lad who played with Iorfa when they were young. He's not very complimentary about him, says he's just fast, that's it. I think there's a bit of envy in there to be honest. I did point out Iorfa now plays right back, as the lad i play with said Iorfa was a forward when he played with him, just shrugged and said he's still shit.
