From starts, he's played in games they've won when coming on. There's a good argument in that tweet about it Seeing as he won't have started many games for City, when was the last time he won when starting? Could be absolutely ages ago Must be league only, he started in the cup for Sunderland in 2015 and they won 6-3 http://nr.soccerway.com/matches/2015/08/25/england/league-cup/sunderland-association-football-club/exeter-city-fc/2139145/ In the league, his last win from starting seems to be 7th May 2013, Man City 1-0 West Brom http://nr.soccerway.com/matches/2013/05/07/england/premier-league/manchester-city-football-club/west-bromwich-albion-football-club/1294005/ Nearly 4 years

While we're top of the league as well Strictly speaking, we are top of the division. there are 20 teams above us, in the league. Strictly speaking, you're a rectangle. Looking forward to Champions League football next season? No. You know your name really doesn't suit you.

Aye, fair comment. I'm not going to panic just yet, Rafa is the key to it all, he'll not put up with shit but if he goes, i'm hoying myself of the shed. Mate, you'll just end up all muddy and wonder why you did that. Aye 6 feet is a bit of shit attempt at suicide

Well true but the big bucks for going up is more important, well in comparison to what they cost, it's a drop in the ocean.

Some of his recommendations have been hugely profitable for the club. Which ultimately is what really counts in football. I would have thought just being in the Premiership has now outstripped that in regard to money.
-
We ended up in the Championship because of that failed policy and even moreso because of failed managers. That and there's more money in the Premiership surely.

Gudmundsson ? The one from Iceland, i remember him from the Euros.

'at least one "future" player' Wat

I'm not sure anything has changed since the summer, i thought that it was looking for younger players that Rafa wants and the odd older player if he wants them too. Not sure what the worry is (Ashley...i know i know).
-
Absolutely bang on.

I was under the impression we hadn't really scraped that buying model completely. Rafa has the final say on incoming/outgoing and we would sign older players if he wanted them, unless Rafa is told he can't sign a certain older player he wants i don't see anything to worry about. As soon as Rafa is told no, then i think we're fucked as he'll be off.
-
Not at all, (i hope) that's just shit stirring because we haven't signed anyone yet.

Ben Foster is a very good keeper, should be playing for a better team.
