  4. Good news but we still have farmer head in charge.
  5. Pardew slating Warnock off for saying Austin should join Palace, said Warnock didn't do well at Palace and he's not interested in what Warnock had to say. And said they had no interest in Austin, and basically said Austin isn't as good as what he has, so why buy him if he's not better than that. Interesting...

    Steve McClaren

Don't matter, after Saturday it'll be another year before he gets another crack at an 8 year contract anyway.
  7. Great break and goal that for Man City
  8. How did Osman not give away a foul then, thigh high tackle, nah throw in
  9. It's not the ex-Fulham player like. Bouba Diop must be 100 years old by now. Wiki says 37, not ancient yet i suppose.
  10. It's not the ex-Fulham player like.
  11. Who says we have? Various papers, websites etc, seems to range from £17m to £22m, The Chronicle reckon it's £19m (quoting someone else i think) but Lyon want £24m, The Mail (i know) reckon £22m was accepted but Lacazette turned us down. Multiple reports seem to give it some traction, If you believe any of them of course.
  12. At what in the shop do you think, hmm everyone is going to see this, kids at the footie, so what...... Yep carry on printing it......idiot.
  13. That's just wrong, pound a letter and all.
  14. I would point out those two (especially Silva) play the game in their head a step before other players. A player with a clever noggin is very good to have. Good point though, decent management would be nice like.
  15. We've never bid £22m, a cynic would say that kind of talk is very well timed, surely season tickets can't be up for renewal ?
  16. He was our genuine match winner, along with Cabaye. That's exactly what we need now, a match winner, not just functional, tidy bog standard footballers. We need that flair and off the cuff brilliance, players like Hatem drag their teammates to a better standard with them imo, the team becomes better as a whole. Having limited managers is a killer too. One stops the other being as effective as it could and should be. Pardew was all about keeping it tight, didn't work like obviously. and i'd really like farmer face to be different, somewhat proving not to be but the Arsenal game was a genuine surprise with our play, still lost mind. Would loved to have had Hatem in that game.
  17. Manager has said over and over that he knew exactly who he was signing. Why in the living f*** would you want someone who can do that to defenses, wasting energy grafting his bollocks off as an auxiliary right back? I read this interview recently where Ben Arfa had said to Puel that sometimes he switches off in training. And Puel basically said I knew thi when we signed you, we signed you for your positives rather than negatives. He's managed him perfectly really Sounds rather like Peul knows it's about the team and not about him. Unfortunately we had a manager who thought it was all about him, and as soon as Hatem criticised the long ball rubbish Pardew served up, that was it. Any excuse was then used to have a go at Hatem. It's amazing just how many fans fell for Pardew's nonsense, and still do to be honest. That Stoke 5-1 game, after how Hatem played, to be dropped the following game was the exact moment i knew Pardew had it in for him and Hatem was done with us.
  18. Need a clue ? Is it last year already? Bimpy's back holy s*** hello mate
