There's actually a 15 minutes highlight of the game on you tube now, fractionally better

He did that when we were in trouble last season which shows you his character, you contrast that to Colo and others in the same situation. With effort and dedication Jamaal with Rafa's guidance become a top centre back, then by god what a proper player we have. And the player we've been missing at centre back for a long time now. yeah, but can the boy write a letter? we'll wait and see. Oh god, letters

Amazing to me is how pundits doubted if Rafa would know how to get out of the Championship. What players he'd need, he wouldn't know nothing of the level of players and teams in it. The signings so far look perfect for getting us back up. Expert pundits my arse.

Someone on here described him as an 'Orc' and 'Knuckle Dragging' i think it was

Bye bye hair.

I live in Southend near the ground, played there as well last year, pitch is like a carpet. Definitely going.

What a fantastic man he really is

Would do well there I think. He really loves a big lump up top does bogbreath.

Notting Hill Carnival is still the best excuse.

Not if Rafa feckin says not, he the man.

Depends on which way were kicking. Lol, it doesn't though. Mainly down the left at Bournemouth whenever I saw them but he can plays equally well down both flanks, although I have a feeling Rafa is going to put him on the right for some reason.

Is this serious? LOL what an awful post. It's from my perspective as a Newcastle fan, obviously being a Palace fan yourself you may view differently. You can only understand things from your own perspective? He's a mercenary cunt because he's joined a fairly established PL club? Out of all our signings in recent years few seem to genuinely work as hard and understand what this club is about then Townsend. I believe he joined us in the first place as he felt we should be able to stay up, he could get back into the England squad and we would be a fantastic club for him going forward. We've been relegated. He's in the prime of his career. He did his best to keep us here. He deserves to play in the PL this season. Comments like yours feed into this notion that football fans but especially Newcastle fans are fickle. If a good player leaves to play at a higher level or for a bigger club = mercenary cunt. Grow up mate. He's a feckless little shit who repaid our adulation and support by pissing off at the first opportunity. That too after we gave him a chance to rebuild his dead in the water England career. No wonder Pochettino turfed him out of Spurs the snidey little cunt. Yeah actually, fuck him.

FFS I can't look at instagram at work.

Personally I just think it's nice to have GK in green again.

We've lost him because of the clause, we might have lost him anyways but it would have for a price we would have all felt was decent. As I think might be the case in Sissoko and Gini. I'm not overly bitter with him, as you can give Andros credit for is trying his hardest to keep us up, unlike some others.

Amazingly it seems shithouse British managers and their bullshit excuses about Hatem were wrong.

Aye, I noticed that and actually thought exactly the same. Mental how many things from the club have got better since Rafa arrived Does the kit ever get brought up in those fans forum things? Don't think I've ever seen it mentioned, but people from the club must know fans were unhappy with the back of the shirts especially. Also other fans from clubs with Puma kits done in the same way, as most kits are from templates used for multiple teams must have complained too. Whatever it is, it's a pleasant surprise. Like you say, since Rafa has arrived things have been amazing compared to the last ten years or so.

They've made a point of mentioning that the stripes are on the back as well as front on the official site. Are they actually listening to us now ? Nah...
-
What a prat, got to change my puter background now

In what sense surprised ? If Rafa wants a large squad he would certainly cover us for league cup games and would provide knowledge to younger players whilst also been an option that will rarely be touched on the bench. Having said all the I dont think he'll sign. Isn't he a lifelong Newcastle fan as well? Apparently he got bought an Newcastle shirt for his 18th or so birthday as he loved Big Al, that's it really.
