  1. Agree with that, his ambition seems to outstrip his actual ability though. He thinks Real Madrid, reality is Real Vallecano-ish. I feel like I really don't have a handle on how good he is tbh. How would you guys describe him? Like a low-rent Yaya Toure? He dribbles the ball more than Yaya, not really sure how to describe him. Powerful, good dribbler, decent header (attacking only). Passing meh, brains (zero), thinks he's top notch. Talented, but will never be a top player imo. A comparative player would actually be Diame imo.
  2. You would think professional pride might make him play as determind as he could. Not sure that really exist anymore though as he'd be playing now.

  4. He has talked about moving a lot, but it seems he isn't a bad apple within in the club. Pretty certain of that because Rafa wouldn't have made him skipper. I think Rafa has left him out while his heads not in it, if he moves great if he doesn't i reckon Rafa will integrate him back into the squad. He should move if possible as that's the best thing for all parties imo.

I agree but i would say his game time here would be limited by Gayle and Mitro. At a guess, it's more about giving him as much game time as possible, and the best scenario is playing for Barnsley for that to happen.
  6. Actually think Clark has been bought to cover the position in front of the back four as well as LB and CB. Rafa mentioned it, not sure that means ahead of Colback if Hayden wasn't playing mind. I'd far rather see Clark in midfield to Colback tbh. Absolutely, he couldn't be worse. Colback is one of worst players i've seen playing in CM for us in recent years. Can't tackle and when he does he gives away free kicks in areas that put us under pressure, can't score, can't pass, hides, slow. Other than that he's great.

Loaning him out is good for his development, loaning him to a direct rival (right now they are) is a bit chancey. Still hope he does really well though.

  9. And neither are starting in midfield right now.
  10. SSN saying Jack Wilshere to be loaned out to gain first team football. Interesting, could be abroad but it's a bit late.
  11. Anya plays all positions on the left but best as a winger from what i've seen, would be decent to have in our squad.
  12. 4-2, two in five minutes for Seattle.
  13. Guess who scored He's played well tbf.
  14. 3-0 Portland, they're going mental
  15. You can hear the chainsaw. Fucking nutters
  16. Totally agree, if he was to stay in England I'd say his level would be more Southampton/Everton/Stoke etc. West Brom seems a really strange choice. Thinking about it, even if you forget the destination in W.B.A, he was good for Tottenham last season from what i saw. I can't fathom what Pochettino is doing, while their squad is still excellent getting rid of Chadli weakens it for me. whoever they sell him to. To be fair they are/were trying to sign Zaha, suppose Poch thinks Zaha is better than Chadli. Spurs are supposed to be trying to sign Isco. Really, oh. Well he's not too bad to be fair.

  18. Which is exactly why it's preposterous that so many (like the eejit below) desperately want him out. We can win the league without him, is it really necessary for us to keep someone who doesn't want to be here? Is it fuck. No tears need to be shed when he does one. What's necessary is that we get maximum value from our assets. Be that in terms of sale price or contribution on the pitch. Selling him for below market value with no opportunity to reinvest in a timely fashion is pretty blatantly the wrong move. I think that's exactly what we'll do though, money will then be spent in January. Don't like it myself for the reason you state but i reckon that'll be it.
  19. Always liked Chadli when i've seen him, strange one that. He's better than W.B.A imo.
  20. These commentators : Ben Arfa is just the player you want to bring on in the last 20 minutes when the other team are tiring. No he's not you fucking retards, he should be on from the start so you don't need to try and save the fucking game ffs.
  21. He is, they've just decided to bring on Matuidi instead. Wut Is the manager off his head. Does he realise they're 2-1 down.
  22. Is Hatem on the bench like, if he is i'm baffled why Di Maria is still on as he's been awful.
  23. How much did they pay for him? Nothing, he was on loan at Nice from Monaco last season.
