I went to see Southend United v Solihull Borough a couple of weeks back, and every time the Solihull keeper had the ball he took ages. The Southend fans started a counting chant (which was hilarious for some reason) and got to 18 as the longest count. The rest were around 14/15, and the ref did nowt.
