We cede way too much space in central areas with this system tbh. Quite a few times Eze wasn’t picked up in the pocket.

His method of subs don’t seem to work. Introducing three or even four at once completely disrupts the team and we look disjointed from then on. He’s got to be better at maintaining our tactical cohesion throughout the full 90.

I don’t understand the system we’re using at the moment. We invite too much pressure and we allow better teams get comfortable on the ball when they should instead be nervous to go forward.
