  1. Liverpool have been like this all season tbf; beat Man City, score 7 away at Rangers then lose to Forest. Lose 3-1 and 3-0 to Brentford and Brighton after 5 straight wins. Been unpredictable all season.
  2. 7-0, man. Fucking hell. Liverpool stat padding their GD with a 9-0 and 7-0 wins this season.
  3. Fernandes is a disgrace like. A relentless cunt to boot, but he's completely given up and just wants to be off the pitch.
  4. Yep. At St. James'. The next home game after Wolves.
  5. Different game if Man Utd score in that spell they had at 0-0 in the first half when they were on top. All over the place now.
  6. Manchester United are disgusting. Hope they gan bust.
  7. Obviously want Man Utd to win this to keep Liverpool behind us but Neville's commentary is unbearable. Pure fanboyism and any credit given to Liverpool is out of pity. Horrid to listen to, get him off Man Utd games.
  8. 5 goals from an xG of almost 13 ffs.
  9. Canny game, this. Thought it was going to be awful.
  10. Aye, the game was earmarked to be boycotted but the Magpie Group(?) cancelled it as it was going to have feeble uptake. Yedlin was sent off at 1-1 I think but we were still the better side even down to 10 men. And aye, Boly assaulted Perez I think and got away with it. Have tried to forget the goal, was in stoppage time I think? Parried shot from the keeper that they swept up. Was under Benitez but grim times, those. Think we only won like 2 home games in that first half of 2018-19.
  11. Been 8 1-1 draws in PL between us and Wolves, including a run of 5 1-1s in a row between 2019-2021 All of the games between us and them at SJP since they came back up have been on Sky as well. Bizarre hard on they've got for this fixture. Just want us to attack them from the off. Get the crowd involved, fuck it. Just go after them. Take out the past month and a bit's frustration out on them. With Isak, ASM and Targett all hopefully starting.
  12. Only 'big 6' side left to play away from home is Chelsea on the last day of the season. Liverpool and Man City already played twice, all the others at home. 2 games in hand on Spurs. Putting the ball into the net is only issue for me. Change it up at the top end of the pitch v Wolves. Need to be getting 6 points from these next 2 and it'll all look rosier.
  13. Early kick off tbf. Every single atmosphere for a 12:30 kick off is absolutely shite. It's a time slot that should be binned imo, no one likes it.
  14. We're as it stands 5 points off 4th with 2 games in hand with the team in 4th still to play at home. It's hardly gone.
  15. The context is vastly different imo. With Bruno, we were deep in the relegation mire and a player coming in from abroad in January may have taken time to adjust. On top of that, our form picked up immensely without Bruno in the team anyway, we won 6 games in 7 before he got his first start away at Southampton. Botman has only not started 3 games this season. Isak has been back from injury since 2nd January but has only started 2 league matches since. We made him our record signing in the summer to help us score goals, we've been struggling to score goals for a while now but we're persisting with starting a vastly out of form striker. It doesn't make sense now, especially if Wilson starts ahead of Isak again next week.
  16. Isak just needs to be on the pitch, with or without Wilson. He's looked a far better all round footballer than Wilson when he has been on the pitch, has linked up well with others and regardless we have spent £63m on him to help us score goals. We're struggling to score goals and have been so far this calendar year yet he's only started 2 league games since his return from injury on the 2nd January. It's not making much sense now.
  17. Aye, not been looking forward to the games he's started (Liverpool and Man City both away from home) and he's looked competent at least in both. Was our best defender today.
  18. Leeds was probably the worst of the lot for missed chances.
  19. He's been poor since the New Year but I think it's because our primary tactic means that almost everything goes through him. He takes set pieces, our tactic is for Burn to shuffle into a back 3 whilst Trippier bombs forward, so the LW gets no full back support and the vast majority of our attacks go down the right. Couple that with Almirón, the whole thing is predictable as fuck. Needs tweaking; Targett in, Isak in, ASM to start and either Gordon or Murphy. Attack Wolves from minute 1 next week and get the crowd involved.

    Anthony Gordon

Not convinced yet but he is unlucky to not have at least 2 assists (Wilson v West Ham and Liverpool).
  21. Take frustrations out on them. West Ham at home in 1996-esque please.
  22. Hasn't played well since his brace v Villa. That was in October. From here on in he should not be starting games.
