I’m unsure. We don’t have any discernible attacking game plan or recognisable patterns going forward. Our set pieces are regularly poor, performances have been lacklustre at best this season in the league and the away showings I honestly feel like have been 80-90% shite since 2022-23 ended. That’s before the summer; we needed to finally inject some technical quality into the side into RW yet we spent £55m on a lad whom Howe’s chased and he hasn’t been up to it yet so we’re still starting Jacob Murphy in November.

It’s been bad for an unacceptably long amount of time. When have we consistently played well away from home? Feels like we haven’t since 2022-23 tbh.

Inexcusably rancid performance with an equally heinous result to go with it. Summer business in question now for me and our general tactical set up too, latter of which has been fucking hopeless since we beat Palace 5-0 in April. Utter shite from all involved.

Need to see more of Thiaw but it looks like he's going to get there too; as I'd take all of our (starting) CBs under Howe post summer 2022 ahead of Coloccini.

He's only played in 11 games far for us, not all of them starts and whilst he's seamlessly fit in and made us quickly move on from the Anfield Rat, he's yet to really have a proper shot at goal despite his 6 goals if that makes sense. (I think it does ) Yet to see what he's like 1v1 with the keeper and if he's really clinical. Regardless, putting his name in this thread for one way or the other is daft.
