No. It's the greatest wind up since beadle was about

Just been told one of the Ns in Penn stands for nonce. Make of that what you will.

My guess because I'm completely bored Chelsea (a) Aston Villa (h) Watford (a) Bournemouth (h) Everton (a) Man Utd (h) 5 out of those 6 on TV.

Just a decent run of games please, not like season just gone. We always seem to get most of the top 6 in one big clump consecutively, let's hope that doesn't happen. Being home on the first day, Boxing Day and the last day is quite preferable too.

1992ers 2019ers. Were all Sunlun and MLFs before the Sheikh turned up.

Bye. Always have the second half of 17/18 and that goal v Brighton.

Two League Cup games, one of which was AET. Never in the league.

Reverse image searched it, nowt came up. Still all means nowt until concrete news comes out. Don't mind Jose but Rafa still is my first choice as manager by light years.

Wouldn't swap the guy for anyone new owner or not. The Mourinho link was always going to happen imo, with the Sir Bobby thing and the praise he's given us as a club in the past. No one has a clue how he'd do at a club of our stature but certainly wouldn't be too much better than Rafa, so like what's the point? No idea why a new owner would want Wenger, I think he's a brilliant guy but if new owners want to have us pushing towards the top 8 then our current manager is the infinitely better choice due to his style of football compared to Wenger's, as his would take time. God forbid, if we were taken over but Rafa left, I think the only one I'd take that may be available would be Allegri. Whether he'd actually come here under new owners is another thing.

The issue is the adamant nature of the BZG and those over in the UAE being contradicted by patter from the local journalists other than the bloke at the S*n. Our local journalists have either absolutely no clue, or have absolutely no clue and are being dicks about it which doesn't help the mood amongst fans on social media. Their 'sources' likely have no clue about issues such as negotiations of a takeover and are giving just their gut feelings similar to what many posters are saying in this thread; not making anything clearer and throwing everything up in the air. Just stick to what we know: they want the club, Ashley wants to sell, due diligence has happened, heads of terms have been submitted. Now we wait for the next update, good or bad. There seems to be an outright desire to have updates on minutiae regarding all this and that just won't happen. Bet if there are no updates within 2 days, there'll be at least one post about it either not definitely not happening or how iTs AlL kEiTh BiShOp Pr SpIn. Because that mong is definitely the sort to have ties to Emirati royalty.

And the white back and blue arse flap shirt for the Jonas v West Ham 2-0 game.

If true, oof. Ambition. It feels weird.

So the group are claiming that stuff has been agreed by both parties, yet domestic journalists sources are claiming that there hasn't been anything? The club need to put out a statement now, like.
-
The buyer has made one though, that the club acknowledged as legit.
-
Don't think it will be tbh. All of the domestic papers other than the S*n missed out on this and thus are trying to get as many clicks/papers sold as possible in the wake of it. We'll know if it's definitely happening and being finalised by the end of the week.

That headline on that Craig Hope tweet ffs. Taken the most negative points about the whole thing; he might only be slightly related by blood to Mansour (which isn't really a negative ), PL paperwork not submitted as of yet and the failed Liverpool attempt means caution should be expressed, and made them as negative as possible. Then the article contradicts everything. State of that fucking rag.
-
Just my luck that as soon as I go to uni and have to not renew my ST as a result it looks like we're getting taken over by the fucking Abu Dhabi royal family. Fuck sake. Still going to try.

-
Wow. Still not going to get fully excited until I see the club statement saying it's done.
-
Don't remember any reports of a deal being done during the Staveley saga. There were bids, but it was never happening.
-
I'd be surprised if Bishop has ties with members of the Emirati royals, tbh.
-
That guy is followed by Man City (meaningless info) and is a sports presenter over in the UAE. And this guy, who's basically saying 'good times ahead'.
