  1. Would prefer RLC but doubt Chelsea would let him go. We need attacking upgrades/options. Drinkwater isn't really one.
  2. Imagine. The takeover we've been praying for finally happens, Kenyon then bins Rafa.

    Missed that post. tmonkey

    Rafa Benítez

We sat too far back last night and against Fulham, it doesn't make sense and it's costing us. We need to be further up the pitch against Cardiff.

Still arguing about Rafa being good or not? Fuck off you bairn touchers.
  6. Just this tbh. (I'm drunk as fuck so apologies if none of this makes sense) Perez made a difference after coming on as well tbh, that'll fill the brexiteers with fewm. Fuck having a replay. Unless we can bring Marc Hottiger and Lee Clark out of retirement.
  7. I'm in the camp of "I really don't fucking care as long as Ashley fucks off".
  8. It's around our price range/glass ceiling tbh.
  9. A big fat brown envelope from Uncle Keith? Doubt he would need such an envelope, given the salaries of directors at football clubs.
  10. Herp is focusing on screwing Craig Bellamy over, which is fair enough, like.
  11. After the fan letter as well. Wish they'd just get on with the bloody thing.
  12. Suicide? Surprisingly after dealing with fat Mike, no. I've edited my post.
  13. Kenyon's wrote a letter apparently. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-6558703/Newcastle-takeover-talks-Peter-Kenyon-Mike-Ashley-resume.html
  14. Fancy a drink before for a laugh? Sure. I'm going with a Man City fan FFS. How's that come about? I'll PM tomorrow morning, need to see if I can get into town early.
  15. He's back from holiday allegedly, but I can't disagree with anything you've said there.
  16. A few games last season he looked good. Again, that's only a few, the bloke's not consistent enough and never has been.
  17. Pep showing his inner patriot there.
  18. Would've been lush if Liverpool scored that, class move.
  19. Should just let him go but Rafa won't be allowed to bring a replacement in, he'd have to probably elevate Longstaff through further. Shame what's happened, I thought he looked a good prospect in the Championship in regards to breaking play and screening the backline, was great the first half of that season but tailed off. Had some half decent performances last season too but Diame was rightly phasing him out. Now, I don't think there's a lack of effort, although the half arsed run onto a ball threaded through the defence v Arsenal didn't do him any favours. Did his job well v Huddersfield but that's another Championship side and yesterday he was light years out of his depth. We're just constantly repeating ourselves; he should not be starting against Man Utd at home 2 seasons on from when he was signed in the Championship. But we all know that already.
