  1. Refs on telly are absolute cowards, terrified of saying a ref got a decision wrong This. And on the rare occasion when they do say the ref got it wrong they come up with some defense like ‘but the number 2 blocks the refs view, the ball and play travels so fast I can see why he made that decision” or some other nonsense. They are afraid if they criticize a ref their overloads at the FA will give out to them and spank their bottoms. Pathetic.
  2. Fouls general don’t have to be deliberate, that is why you have the ‘careless’ category for example, but handball does have to be a deliberate handball. A player throwing his body toward the ball to block a shot, and it accidentaly hits his arm on the way which is down by his side, that is not a foul. But the handball rule is one of those ‘rules’ in the book that is not really a rule but a principle. There is no clear definition of what is deliberate handball. Only guidelines. That is why it causes so much controversy. Because it is completely open to opinion and interpretation.
  3. I disagree that it’d be nerves. They play in a tough league. And teams tend to put extra men behind the ball and be more motivated against the top of league team. They have only conceded 15 goals all season. Teams are just putting up more of a defensive wall against them now and their attackers are finding it harder to score. But they are still in a good position and can still win the league from here. I still fancy city because they are so good, but on paper Liverpool have more favorable fixtures coming up. Their hardest away game will be against us. If we lose our home form then that won’t even be hard for them.
  4. Celtic were nailed on for 10 in a row with Rodgers there but this has cast doubt over it. Celtic have been a sitting duck for a while now while Rangers keep improving season by season. Think two years will be more than enough for them to stop the party because the Celtic board are thick as fuck. Only care for their own pockets that is why they put the emphasis on finances and not the playing squad. Rangers board on the other hand are committed and will do anything to stop the ten.
  5. Last season him coming back from injury is what sparked our good form that saw us finish in 10th. This season he comes back from injury and our results and performance start improving again. An unsung hero at the moment.
  6. Media are total poison and more than play their part in making the world as fucked as it is. Rest In Peace Sala. At least they got to have a proper funeral and give him a proper send off in the end. A minor consolation in what will be the end of a very tragic and unfortunate event. I feel sorry for the pilot’s family who despite their best efforts, will probably never get to give the man the same send off.
  7. Not even Michelangelo loved drawing as much as these cunts. They're shite.
  8. Fucked in the ass yet again but disgustingly bad match officials. For what feels like the tenth time this season. Fucking sick of it. I am a amateur referee myself I should feel for them, but I don’t, because they are all fucking shit. It’s a fact that sharp rise in standard of football in England since the turn of the century hasn’t been met with a sharp rise in refereeing standards. If anything the standard for officials has only gone down.
  9. Ah yes insurance companies causing chaos and being pricks. That would make sense and is highly probable. The one type of company that won’t provide you the service you pay them thousands for every year and get away with it.
  10. Are they that desperate that they splashed that much on a player who will be near useless next season? He’s like the Dwight Gayle of league one. More than good enough for that league, but too shit for the one above.
  11. Footballfunnys and similar twitter page have always been a disease. Goes to show how guilbale most human beings are though. Many people will believe anything, especially when they see a picture go along with it.
  12. Not looking forward to seeing the cunt back on sky. Him and Souncess are personally my least favorites. Yes, I can even stand Jamie the wanker Redknapp more.
  13. Somebody missed a decimal when writing the buy clause. Ashly spend 19m on a left back .
  14. It’s still in the balance and will be until match day 38. My only worry is Fulham, though they aren’t proving it at the moment, have a squad capable of pulling together a surpising and good run and could be a challenge for us.
  15. Journalist these days are complete scum. Will do anything to get a few more clicks to impress their dickhead and even bigger scum bosses. They will stop at nothing and yes they never were thought the word respect or its meaning. The only interest they have is in getting as many stories out of possible for as many clicks as possible and basic human decency often gets in the way of them doing that so it gets thrown under the bus.
  16. Wasn’t it a private journey though to said goodbye to his old friends and teamates. Cardiff had nothing to do with it. They didn’t tell hm to go fly back to France, from what I can see he made a personal choice as he wanted one last farewell to some good friends. It matters not anyways. What matters now is the strength of his family and friends to get through such a bad time as it is all but certain he is gone now. I feel real bad for them. This man had just realized a dream and for it to be taken away in such tragic circumstances is heartbreaking.
  17. The return of the Tyne wear derby for Sunderland’s first team tonight. But, not ours  Small time cunts.
  18. I can just barley bring myself to care if we go down or not to be totally honest. I have kind of excepted as long as that fat virus is in control a relegation is inevitable and is only a matter of time. So if it were to happen it would be painless. I have been numbed to it all. I watch our games and hope we somehow do well but that is all now. A lot of the excitement, a lot of the hope, and lot of the best things that should come with supporting a football club just aren’t there at the moment. It’s like someone has drained away a part of my soul.
  19. They were both harsh penalties, but Oliver loves giving a harsh pen, makes him feel warm inside.
  20. The atmosphere has been good but the quality of football has been laughable. Rangers should be 3 up, their finishing is so bad, and Celtic can’t even string a single pass together. Had to remind myself I am watching professionals.
  21. Red card all day long. Going to be a difficult 30 mins or so. Would take a draw now.
  22. Personally I think it’s great to have the Tyne Wear derby back again. It’s been missed the last few years. We face Sunderland’s first team again at last. Howay the kids.
  23. Their first team have to play our under 21s in a competitive fixture As embarrassing as it gets. They’re competing with our kids.
  24. It’s very easy to berate the officials and hammer them for ‘not doing their job’ when we have the luxury of all those replays from many convenient angles. But when you consider how fast things happen on the pitch and how it can be harder to see when in line with the last defend on the side of the pitch it is understandable how the deflection off the hand might have been misjudged as something like a deflection off a shoulder or something. Officials never deliberately get anything wrong, human judgement is just flawed by nature and mistakes happen especially under pressure. It sucks for the team that fall victim to the mistake, but they happen and you’ll just have to accept the referees are humans and won’t get everything right.
