Yeah the drop off in quality is huge here? Surely equal in decline compared to Osula/Gordon/Elanga covering Isak at striker. I'd argue RCB and the back-up striker are equally as important and we really need both this summer.

Same can be said for Schar/Botman/Burn 2 of 3 playing for 50-60 games?

Sounds like Elanga and Trafford shall both be done by mid July (cautious take). Interesting to see where we go next - i think RCB is the #1 priority after those two.

A week today and the players start feeding back in for pre season. From a star player perspective (Isak, Bruno, Tonali etc) it would be seen as a disappointment to see no new faces in. Bruno even said post Everton game the squad needs help.

Something has to give sooner or later. Eddie's message at the end of the season appears to have fallen on deaf ears (in the public/fans domain) as we don't hear anything else out of the club. All we see is reported top targets going elsewhere. When PIF took over they stated they wanted to be 1st, not just top 4 every year but 1st. They're not operating to that tune off the field, by a long stretch.

How much value does the 'always available' trait hold these days? Had a look into and Elanga has played 36 and 38 premier league games in the last 2 seasons. I'd argue playing 97% of league games across 2 years holds some weight in terms of value also.
