You mean like how everyone does the same before a ball has even been kicked? This

Aye, heard people creaming over Chambers & Mawson, I was there like ya wha? Sounds like relegation trouble to me.

Come on man, it's for a dude with cancer. Don't try make me out to be insensitive man There's plenty of other numbers available, 11 just feels wrong, unless they see him as a bit of a Jose Luis Chilavert, then fair enough. Presumably because the 1 is taken, so its 11. What number is acceptable. 1 is the only number a keeper wears apart from Donarumma. Eh? Dubravka is 12 for one. 12 or 13 are often numbers goalkeepers go for if the 1 isn't available. Anyway, starting to sound pedantic here, but ultimately 11 is a stupid number for a goalkeeper to wear.

Playing attacking football is great, but unless you have the quality all over the pitch it can be very risky as we found out last season when we tried to do it during the winter. Absolutely right. You invariably have to adapt when you come up, particularly when playing attacking football as Fulham/Wolves did last year. We were however very conservative in the Championship and it served us well making a more seamless step up.

Because he embodies the spirit of football man, the lad was a joy. I would turn up to games for him alone. He is absolutely on their level in terms of entertainment and the potential for magic to happen.

I have my doubts, although I fully recognise they're tactically quite an astute side meaning they have more about em than the average promotion team spending some coin. Their keeper being number 11 warrants relegation though. No doubt

Agreed. I hope it continues as it was today, protest before (or after) the game (obviously becoming more creative with it over time) but still going into the ground to support the players & managers during the match. The two certainly aren't mutually exclusive as suggested by some previously.

Easy! Only drink craft beers, and when not drinking them only talk about craft beers and how you think the hint of mango and ball sweat really brings out the texture of the hops.

Eurgh Manquillo all season Any right backs available on a free? Danny Simpson likely to be left out of Leicester's 25 man squad. You know the rules of football registration and whether you can sign for other clubs right ? Nah mate, I've got hobbies. Well make one of those hobbies footy and you'll be alright. Thanks for the advice.

Reckon we will win this and Rondon will open his account. -
Aye somewhat of a reality check for them. Keeping the ball for 45 minutes gets you nowhere in this league when teams have the quality they do to break and score despite not creating a great deal. Canny difference in overall quality between the leagues. Part of the reason I think lofty predictions for Fulham & Wolves have been premature.

Nearly 2 for Palace.
-
Fulham finding out just how ruthless a league this can be.
-
Yeah, he's turning his marker very well when he gets those balls fired into feet. Turning into somewhat a signature move for him, rolling his man and getting the shot away. Looking good, I wish him all the luck tbh.
-
Probably got to be looking at only the Derby and Sunderland one's that set records At least they have something to set their sights on then
-
The Cardiff starting 11 on paper is absolutely terrible for this level mind. Can't recall a worse one if I'm honest.
-
Good pace to the Fulham - Palace game. Nice touch & effort from Mitrovic just then.

Ritchie, Dubravka, Shelvey, Kenedy, Rondon & Muto all had very good games. Would like to see them all starting against Cardiff. I know Rafa will prefer to take a slower, more gradual approach though which is fair enough. I'm really optimistic after seeing that, keep up that kind of commitment and determination to stay in the game up, and we will (as predicted) make those saying we are one of the favourites for the drop look very, very silly.

Well done lads, excellent second half showing there. Much to be pleased about and can count ourselves unlucky not to get a point. Ritchie has a right to be angry at being taken off there, he was one of the best players on the pitch & Atsu didn't contribute a thing. Muto/Rondon looked very promising I thought. Excellent signs.
