Woltemade isn’t rubbish. Wissa showed every sign of being an astute signing. We just got bent over by Brentford on the price because we were desperate due to the premier league chicanery meaning we weren’t able to buy our first choices.

We’ve won five out of 12 games this calendar year. Chelsea and Man Utd were impressive. The rest were against mid to bottom end of the table. Bruno coming back should help some but this is fucking dire form. Might be worth considering a change now in spite of the unlikelihood of it being easy to attract a top tier manager, to make for a better close season and a new manager bounce for the last few games. Edit: but only if a top tier manager would be prepared to come.
