We're just having this conversation. How long a walk is it to the Town Moor from Eldon Square? I think that's our deciding factor. Google reckons it is a half hour walk, but I'm hoping it is gonna be shorter somehow? If I can get my two kids there on foot, I'll probably go up and watch everything unfold from there.

Came from the South across the Tyne. Chucked our car in a multistorey by the Arena. Our Airbnb is westward down the main road the multistorey is on so we shouldn't struggle too much getting away, hopefully...
