I think people need to stop putting so much faith in all these different sources and let everything take its course. Nobody had a clue yesterday what was happening, but now suddenly have the inside track on the takeover. That said I'm a little worried that its being played out in the open now and it usually ends badly when things go this way so I'm anticipating this takeover won't happen.

I thought maybe if it dragged on for 3 or 4 days after the meeting they had last Thursday it was promising, but with it likely to go on for another 10 days at least I just can't see him staying now. That said I think Benitez needs closer to £70 million this summer. Not every player has to have a big transfer fee, but with so many issues in our squad to fill that is what is required in my opinion.
